I have been contacted by a debt collection company advising my account has gine in areas and I was hand over.

Firstly, I would like to point out I have never purchased from Payflex through Takealot.

Fraudulent deals happen because Payflex are such a greedy company that they have no security measures in place. Anyone can purchase using Payflex and put another person details and the transaction will go through. Upon searching on this so called purchase, the item was collected at Takealot in Capetown without proof of identity. Apparently a pin number is good to collect.

So just making it known out there, tried calling Payflex but never answers... It is pathetic that they will process an order without the proper checks. If you have a copy 9f someones ID means you could fraudulently purchase on Payflex. It is negligent and irresponsible lending from Payflex. I will also be contacting the relevent people about this bitter episode including the CPA for assistance.

It has drained me to be making numerous calls and running to SAPS making affidavits etc confirming this is fraudulent.

My advise, dont buy from Payflex. You are risking putting your name out their to be scammed by a company that doesn't care.

Payflex is the best, helps me a lot. I can buy anything online peacefully.

With making the order it was great. Only waiting on the arrival of it when it comes.

The company helps a lot because we do not always have access to opening accounts, the fact that we can pay in terms and conveniently, this has been the best ever decision the company has made.

They deduct money from your account for orders already paid off then send an email to say you still have to another installment after already paying 1 installment too many. When you try to contact them they do not answer calls and they want proof that THEY DEDUCTED YOUR MONEY WRONGFULLY. Once proof is sent they still do not respond to your emails and getting a refund is questionable at this point. Wonder whether they'll take more incorrect transactions from my account.

What a Godsent innovation, having to be able to afford staff by breaking down the payments is super great

I will be happy if you can change the way of payment maybe I must pay monthly instead to pay after a week

When I first joined Payflex a few years ago, I found their customer service to be excellent. Now recently after an error with my spend limit dropping to 1/3 of it's amount, I tried getting in touch via WhatsApp, email, Facebook, Instagram and phone call. Calls are never answered. WhatsApp has no human. Facebook directs you to email. I have repeatedly emailed asking for a manger to call me for a week now, and to date no call received. The agent that did answer my email, Babalwa, is absolutely useless and cannot answer a question effectively. I have repeated asked her to get her manager to call me and she just ignores my requests. It's really a shame that a company I used to rate 5 stars, I would now rate 0. I imagine there are many other customers experiencing the same grievances and they are not addressed. Payflex cannot justify the error on my account and refuses to do anything about it. I have never been more disgusted with customer service in my life!!!
