I order some items at temu and canceled some of the stuff the same day, so I asked for a refund and temu refund me and sent it to my payflex account and with alot of queries no reply and nothing in my wallet. And with the remaining stuff I paid in terms and with the last payment I paid it before the date scheduled for payment. So the date of my last payment payflex debited from my account. And my account was payed in full, but they deducted the money from my account. So with queries no respond.The refund date was 06-04 - 26 and the payment query was 04-05 - 26

last few months this is the worst ever !! Struggle to make payments. I have paid my accounts manually into their banking accounts and they also debited the money. I have logged several tickets - NO response

Zero customer service, you can email but never get a response only an email to ask is your issue has been resolved. Forcing you provide biometrics so AI can use your image for who knows what.

Payflex is great until you need to make any updates or changes to your account. They do not have a customer service facility which means that you will be left hanging with no way of resolving any query or required update. So make sure that the information you provide when you sign up NEVER EVER has to change, as you wont receive assisstance.

I tried to do a new order on the 17th of April. My first payment was deducted the same day but the order was still hanging in the basket. Payment was processed and still nothing happened. I send emails and online queries via Payflex app and got no feedback to date. Now on the 1st of May they want to deduct my next installment.

Please stay away from this company. They are pathetic! For two years now I have been using Payflex to pay off online purchases over six week periods. I diligently paid my instalments every time before the due date by simply accessing my Payflex account and making a payment through my credit card. I had no problems until this week when I logged in. I could not access my account. I was asked to verify myself with a photo, which I did, but the system could not verify me. I queried this on the customer support portal but received no response. I eventually phoned them and was told to upload a photo of myself holding my ID book with the date of the photo. I took the photo only to realise I cannot upload anything on the customer portal. The option does not exist. I assume that these scamsters are going to charge me a penalty for non payment, as I cannot pay without accessing my account. The customer service is absolutely pathetic.

I have tried to use Payflex and the experience has been extremely frustrating.

I cannot log into my account, I do not receive OTPs via SMS, and password reset emails never arrive.

I then attempted to contact support, but the support form on the website does not submit, even after completing all required fields.

This means there is currently no way to access my account or get assistance.

My phone and email are working perfectly, so this appears to be an issue with Payflex’s systems.

Please can someone from Payflex support contact me directly to resolve this.

Been waiting for a call 'from an agent' since last week for biometric verification! No telephone numbers, only an email box from where no response comes through!!!!

I hereby report fraudulent activity by Payflex, which resulted in an unauthorized debit of *R2700+* from my Nedbank account. The debit occurred in the early hours without my knowledge, and when I tried to perform transactions I discovered the money was gone. Nedbank confirmed that Payflex initiated the debit and stated they cannot reverse it. I have emailed Payflex detailing the fraudulent activity and requesting an immediate investigation, reversal of the debited amount, and assurance that security measures will be improved to prevent future unauthorized transactions. I expect Payflex to resolve the matter urgently and provide full restitution for the loss incurred.

It is an absolute nightmare trying to get anything resolved if a query does arise. You can expect to have weeks of late penalties added to your account which they won't reverse, even though they close tickets before sorting the issue out!

Atrocious service. Rather use mobicred

It was working well, and support was responsive. Suddenly I saw that I do not have orders, as in I can't make orders, I tried live chat with them and they gave me support email, I sent the email, they never responded. Live chat responds after 9 hours or the following day.

It was my first time using Payflex and the experience was great I must say...

So grateful to Payflex ..to pay for a flight in 4 parts is the best and easiest experience to have.. so you can use the money on other necessities and pay every 2nd week in 4 parts ! AS CASH .. NOT 1 CENT MORE!❤️
