Daylight Robbery!
Payflex has been wonderful, until recently when they deducted money late, resulting in late payment fees. They refuse to take responsibility and it's taken weeks to reply to my e-mails. According to my bank the fault was clearly on their side and they simply refuse to refund the money. There is clearly something wrong in their Admin department as of late! I finally received an e-mail today, in an agressive tone, stating that it is my fault for not simply paying the money to avoid late fees. I did not have the option, though, and -as stated earlier - there was no way of contacting them except via e-mail, to which they did not reply.
Furthermore I received a refund of R600 from Temu, for a parcel not received, of which Payflex only paid R200. NOT HAPPY! -x-
Worst service
Worst service, they deduct money late to make you pay late payment fees, I exposed them about this and they decided to block me to prevent other clients to see them for who they are.

Ive had an extremely poor experience with Payflex. I returned my order through the retailer and the cancellation was confirmed, yet Payflex continued to charge me overdue fees. I’ve sent over 10 emails with proof of cancellation and have not received a proper response. It’s very concerning that customers are left without support when issues arise. This needs urgent attention. I cannot recommend Payflex based on my experience.

Payflex has deducted twice on my last payment, i have been asking for refund no help at. I have sent emails and I got agent Lerato phahlane and Nicole but also no help at all. I have provided with bank statements and recipients showing that the payment was made twice only to get an email that says it has been resolved it's been weeks now asking for refund no help at all. Just be careful guys. I wasn't owing anything no erreas at all everything was up to date.

Avoid at all costs, they basically have no support staff, no phone contact. should your transaction fail. Goodluck reversing the funds. Goodluck trying to get help from support. this company is definitely run from home by one person. AVOID AT ALL COST, rather use alternative services.

I made a transaction using payflex ro purchase a mobile phone from Australia on South Africa. There was a mistake with the transaction and $1000 was removed from my account. I have spent three weeks trying to contact payflex to get my money back. They have not responded to phone calls, several emails or a help desk ticket. My Australian bank are now raising a dispute through Visa. Even the vendor in South Africa have raised a return of funds to no avail. Do not trust appalling customer service. Should not be handling funds. Not trustworthy.

I have made a double payment for 898702 which was for the 3rd and 4th payment but the system only updated one payment. I have tried to contact they support and send numeriously email but no help at all. so now i have to make another payment of which i already paid for. Do not use this company when something goes wrong between THEIR SYSTEM and the place you purchase from they do not respond to email you can send all the proof including transaction IDS from the banks etc you want, they will just ignore you and steal your money its disgusting. Sure when it works its great but clearly if it doesn't they simply have no customer service and don't care R 500 wont break my bank account but how many R 500 dont they pay back or allocate to the accounts. I hope you all choke on that R 500 because its the principle people who use this service normally cant afford to be screwed over - here is my ticket number if you dot believe me Your query ticket number is (986882) the takealot order was placed on 24 July got confirmation then takealot cancelled the order for lack of payment checked my Discovery card the amount sat pending called Discovery they said they amount is being paid to Payflex will reflect with them within a day or two so I waited thing it would appear in the wallet two weeks later nothing amount went through the bank sent payflex all the evidence and confirmations from both takelaot and discovery and NOT EVEN A RESPONSE!!! All they have to do is allocate that amount to the wallet its my money and I have used the service before SO I KNOW I DID NOT SCREW UP.
No customer service
Sent numerous emails with no replies or feedback and the one contact number does not exist. I registered with Pay Just Now...resolved in less than 12hrs VS 8 days with Payflex. Still no reply and it's about accessibility and service which is non existent with Payflex.
Poor of the poorest service
It's been 3 days calling them but they don't answer their phones. The selfie verification keeps say failed I don't know why, it doesn't even try to take to take a selfie. I called no answer for 3 now. I sent an email no answer for 3 days now. I left a WhatsApp message still no answer. I feel like they started a business without business knowledge because it's not that old but already lagging. I'm glad their app gave me a problem from the start which led to search for reviews and after reading this reviews atleast now I know not waste my time with payflex. Poor poor poor service. The only reason I gave 1 star is because there's no option for 0 stars
Does not work, no help from customer service
Don't waste your time with this service. I bought an item using their service and selected splitting the payment up into 4. They deducted the full amount, without splitting it up. I then tried contacting their support center and have not had a word back after more than a week - I tried emailing more than once. What is the point of this if it does not do the one thing it is meant to do? Why even have a phone number if it does nothing or a customer service email if no one answers?

I made a payment today as well for the amount ofR4535. 28 avoiding more penalties. Which then covers 3rd and 4th installment

I have been trying to get in contact with Payflex for over a week. The calls never go through. The emails go unanswered. In all this time I received one response from Anele who did not even have the courtesy of actually reading my emails and responding to my query at hand but rather provided me with a completely waste of time response that was of zero assistance. I have been with Payflex since inception and I am extremely disappointed with this poor service.

I have been made aware of fraudulent purchase against my name on Takealot with Payflex being the credit provider.
It appears this has happened with no vetting required by Payflex.
I have been handed over for this and is affecting my employment.
This needs to be resolved immediately.
