Formerly Part of the County Group the service this company have provided me over the last 4 years is 2nd to none very competitive pricing service A+ and really nice group of people... never even had a 2nd thought of going with anyone else.... An excellent experience over the years.
The team are always friendly and are above and beyond helpful.
Every year they always find me the best insurance possible.
I would recommend County Insurance to anyone 100% without a doubt.
No matter what insurance quote I get from County Insurance I will always use them because their honest customer service is really top notch.
A flawless service from start to finish.

The level of service is generally good…
The level of service is generally good but was shocked when I was told I was going to be charged £100 admin fee for my cancelling a policy after three months. Just plain greedy, so no I doubt I'll use them again.

Hi Janet thanks for your comments. Im sorry you felt our charges were unreasonable but i can confirm that they are published on all our documentation upfront so you are aware of them prior to going on cover. They are also in line with our competitiors.
Easy renewal
Normally I do the renewal but, this year I was in Hospital so my wife did the renewal without a problem.
