This company has taken over Eric Rawlins Insurance who provided excellent service. My experience of Brown & Brown has been appalling.
Firstly they had a data breach which I feel they did not deal with satisfactory. They have now owed me £1700 for 11 days despite numerous requests for payment. I am now doubting their insurance capability too. Do not use this company.
no wonder they have such a bad review score on trustpilot. I used be insured by Flint insurance but for some reason they have changed to Brown and Brown. Just awful, rude, they don't understand, they forget. I just spoke with a lady for the past 30 minutes, she insisted i have not paid the insurance instalmments for the past 6 months and i need to pay all of them since a dd has not been set up. I explained i have an email with a schedule for payments and amounts but she insisted she has it as well but that has never been collected. I told her they payments have been collected from my account, and instead of asking proof, she simply said: you must have another direct debit for the £456.83 going out on the exact same date when this insurance should've been paid. Just ridiculous
Took my payment in 5 minutes but refund takes 60 days? Ridiculous have referred to fca

She is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I am taken care of and kept up-to-date with everything
