Terrible service I pay my bill every month but can’t get no help for my car at all. Every time I call they not answering my question and they hangs up on me while I’m talking. So I got this service for no reason and only why they got the 1 star because I have to put it up here they deserve none.

What ever you do don’t buy a warranty through this company. As usual I am not a person that has faith in most warranty companies to deliver on there message to take care of the actual problem. This company is a prime example of a non paying company. Simple ac repair on my car was performed by NTB shop and of course the first time I tried to use the warranty company all I got was a lot of back and fourth and placed on hold, and transferred. The shop doing the work got the same treatment. The car I purchased was a used Audi A5 and it had approximately 10k miles on it since the time I had purchased it. I’m not sure other than a oil change or so how much maintenance you would have did within a 10k stretch. This company wanted maintenance records to approve a AC job. Of course they denied the claim and I once again fell victim to there misleading and nonsense. Lesson learned I won’t go with any warranty company. Just put a few dollars aside strictly fir maintenance and repairs. You will probably make out a lot better.

Please people, DO NOT TRUST PATRIOT!!! I am a disabled Combat Vet and we know Patriots when we work with them. They are lying, deceiving progressive, liberal DIPSHITS who will stab you in the back on purpose and then hang up on you when you call to find out why.

We purchased a 2018 F350 Ford Super Duty 6.7L truck 8 months ago with only 59,000 miles for $53k. The truck had a Def-delete so the factory warranty would not carry over. Because of this, before I would purchase the truck -while at the dealer- I called Patriot and a guy picked up right away (The service side does NOT pick up right away... Expect long, long, long hold times with only being hung up on when someone finally does pick up. Has happened to me 4 times and the shop manager where I have my truck at, 6 times) I gave him all of the details about the truck. He put me on hold and when he came back he said they will give me a full warranty for both Powertrain as well as bumper to bumper. 100k miles or 5 years whatever came first.

Well, I have driven it less than 3k miles and the transmission failed. Apparently, some electrical issue happened where the transmission fluids would not push fluid to the parts in the transmission that it was supposed to and the transmission failed and the whole thing needs to be replaced.

Guess what Patriot's response was, "We do not cover electrical parts so we are denying the claim." And since we cannot speak with anyone without them putting us on hold and then they hang up on us. (Way too many times to be an accident or a coincidence. 10 times since I last talked to the shop last Friday) We have asked for a supervisor to give us a call but no one has called me or the shop. My truck has been at the shop for 9 days so far... today is 06/28/2021 and we are no closer to getting this done. I paid $3,000 cash for this warranty and I mite as well have wiped my @$$ with it..

Trust me when I say, I have already search out a firm to take these thieves to court and I will do so if they do not do the right thing.

Not only that, I will be a Social Media NIGHTMARE for these guys for the rest of my life!!!

UPDATE!!! I had my email address here but Patriot forced me to remove it. They are trying to get me to remove my entire post.
The positive reviews have to be false. Notice they come on the same day. I have called this company repeatedly with only one return phone return call, but only because I threatened to sue them. They still have not resolved the issue and will not return my phone calls. They deny valid claims and dispute the cost of parts and labor but will not refer you to a company that will do it for the price they are willing to pay. This company has been the worst experience I have ever had with a consumer.
Since my review was posted, Patriot Warranty called me and asked me to remove the review here on Trust Pilot, but still refused to replace the parts that FORD says need to be replaced. Now they want me to run around and get second opinions. They also told Trust Pilot that they didn't have a relationship with me and I had to provide Trust Pilot with proof. STAY AWAY!!!

This place is not professional whatsoever. Don't be fooled by the way they do things. they will sign you up fast and not give you all the information that is needed.
I needed to get my car fixed and when i tried to use my claim they needed records for my services then they denied my claim because they said I refused service on certain work. Not true I followed everything to the letter with keeping up my vehicle. they are rude with the customers and don't help when its needed. your best bet is to go somewhere else and really look at everything.
They don't have ethical practices and all they want is your MONEY.
DONT SIGN UP WITH THIS GROUP THEY ARE CRIMINALS IN SUITS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW.
So I got part of my Money Back I spent about 845 dollars and they only gave me 1/4th of that and I didn't even use their Services.
Not changing anything. Also even if you flag me here I have other places to go remember that.

I had to cancel the warranty after the vehicle got damaged in an accident on 4/15/2. The fees are approx 20%. So after a couple of weeks I phoned and left a message with their answering service. Had to phone again they said it’s usually 30-60 days before the refund is paid. I phoned since and left another message with their answering service requesting an email reply and haven’t received anything from them ! Nothing to say thank you for ! Edit : same day I posted this review I got a call from mr J. Bennet and we straightened it out for the most part with some words of apology and receipts for a FULL refund that is being processed and I received ! All’s well that ends well ! If I purchase another warranty I’ll consider patriot again !

This warranty company is the WORST! Paid for the high end warranty-took my Mini to the dealership and the warranty company would not call the dealership back. Was on hold multiple times for over 4 hours. No communication with the dealership, no updates on the claim! Had to pay for all repairs out of pocket ! Buyer BEWARE!!!

I purchase a used car March 2020. I bought a full upgraded warranty with Patriot Warranty. Now 13 months later, I need repairs that are covered. However, when I opened my claim, they asked for a recent odometer photo. Sounded ok. However, they restarted my contract at that mileage and said they won't repair my car for 1000 miles. They car isn't safe to drive and I only drive 4000 miles a year. I spoke with several people there and got different stories and they agreed it was wrong and would fix it. They haven't after almost 3 weeks. When I spoke with a supervisor last week, he yelled and said I was lying and trying to scam them. They are scamming me. So, the lady I had been talking to called me and she has been very nice. She said she was trying to reverse it back to the mileage I had on the car when I bought it and when the contract started n April 2020. I had mentioned this to the supervisor and he told me that she lied to me. He also accused the dealer of lying on the odometer reading over a year ago to the State of California. I submitted my maintenance receipts when asked and they can clearly see the mileage over the last year. I purchased new tires the day before it went down. It needs a new catalytic converter also and GM is replacing that. They said that was the only estimate they got from the dealer and they aren't responsible for it so they aren't fixing it. It had to be included in the estimate and I was told upfront GM would take care of it. Now, they aren't talking to me or answering my emails. Meanwhile, I don't have a car, I've not been able to go to work or other appointments and it's been since April 21, 2021.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a warranty from Jonathan Bennett in December 2020. I decide to cancel prior to cancellation deadline. I was told I would receive a credit to my card on file. I have continually called and emailed Johnathan to follow up on my refund. At first, I was told it is being processed. Then, I was told financing dropped the ball and would be working on the refund. After that, I was told they would mail a check. I followed up on the status of the check and was told they would be processing another check. Check will be in the mail in 7-10 business days. Well, it is now May 3, 2021 and I have not received my refund. Moral of the story, purchase a warranty at your now risk; you can kiss your money goodbye once they swipe your credit card.

Buyer beware! Huge influx in denied claim complaints across all major review profiles, and I'm one of them. Bought a warranty a year ago, had an issue come up that is a known, however infrequent issue for my vehicle and they're denying the claim and cancelling my contract for not having the maintenance records from before I bought the vehicle. Mind you they won't send me this in writing, the only thing in writing I've received is something saying that I requested a cancellation with a link to proceed ( I did not cancel). Myself and those at my mechanic shop have dealt with this company enough in the last couple months to know something shady is up. They've got business practices that seem to be designed to confuse the process and have stuff get "lost" in the shuffle. Every time I called I got a different explanation for why the claim is being denied until I told them I was recording the calls, then magically they got their stories straight. Purchase at your own peril/risk

Three weeks ago my AC went out in my 2018 Silverado. I contacted the Patriot warranty to notify them. The representative I spoke with went over the coverage with me and ensure me everything was covered. I had to resign the contract and resend the mileage on the all of the vehicles that I had warrantied with the company. That was my first problem. I went back through my old emails and found the original submission. There was no need for me to redo the contracts. This claim was the first claim that I had submitted. The dealership had to send all my maintenance records, which were just oil changes and tire rotations.

After doing all of that it took seven days to get an authorization for the work to be done and they only paid $559.00 of a $1672.00 bill. correction, they have promised to pay $559.00. What I mean by this is they call the dealership and gave them a credit card number but asked them not to run the card until the next day. It has take me two weeks to get my vehicle take care of. Hopefully their credit card clears so I will not get stuck with the entire bill. Patriot warranty is not the company to invest your dollars in. Check out Endurance, I think you will be a lot more satisfied.

Purchased the warranty 4 months ago my first time using what a hassle. Very rude customer service and very hard to get a hold of an agent. Jeep dealership said it was there worst experience as well the car sat 4 days pending feedback from patriot at the end of the day all claims were denied. $2200 to fix AC patriot offered to pay $200 horrible experience. Would never recommend as I type this message I’m on hold for over 15 minutes to talk to a representative.

I purchased a Patriot Warranty in August 2020 (about 5 months ago now). My backup camera has failed and supposedly, it's covered under Patriot's warrant. Well, been over 2 months now, nothing but the runaround from Patriot. They were going to order new camera and send to Ford dealer. NEVER HAPPENED. I've called several times..put on hold...given excuses about OEM cost and why Ford charges $400 (as if I know and work for Ford?). Then I was told camera was on "back order" so they'd cover $125 and I pay difference. They never even gave me a courtesy call after waiting a month to find that out. And I always have to be the one to reach out to them. The part is supposed to be 100% covered, and the labor too. Then after I complained, they offered to cover just under $200. Complaint fell on deaf ears. They called Ford and told them I would pay the difference.

LOUSY WARRANTY. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE. PAY FOR A WARRANTY THOUGH ANOTHER COMPANY...Patriot is polite when you're signing up and they give you a false impression you're going to be covered and they will stand behind their warranty. Maybe they do...but it's more like hiding.

Also, was supposed to be reimbursed for an oil change that was a bonus for signing up...STILL HASN'T HAPPENED AND THAT WAS SUBMITTED A FEW MONTHS AGO AS WELL.

ALL I CAN SAY IS, "BE WARNED."

1/19/21 - **UPDATE** I was contacted by Patriot twice now (yesterday and today...well, nice of them to call) and asked to remove my negative comment; however, they've done nothing to gain my confidence that this issue will be resolved. They claim the allowance (which covers less than 50% of cost to replace camera) is due to the camera being on "back order", and according to Patriot, the cost of camera is only about $120. The rep sent me a link for a website that has it, and of course it's to an online after-market auto parts retailer. So, I guess they don't cover OEM as they have claimed during previous phone conversations and in the warranty terms. Seems to me they make it up as they go on.

1/29/21 - no change. They've done nothing to address the fact that they're quoting after-market knock-off products and not OEM. I was also told the oil change reimbursement check was "in the mail." All this company does is deflect, deny, and blow smoke up your *ss.

MISLEADING
1 star because I cannot score any lower. They look for every reason not to cover claims. Patriot refused to pay for cooling system and fluid leaks. They offered $100 to cover a $2000 repair bill. Don't get scammed!
They won't pay when you need them.

I'm thinking about purchasing a warranty for my car with this company. But all these reviews seem fake. I noticed a lot of the reviews seem like workers are posting them. Also I noticed the same reviews posted on other sites. Is there anyone out there that has actually used their warranty without any problems?

Decided to give Patriot a go with my 2015 BMW X5 with 104k miles. Paid $2200 for their premium plan which is bumper to bumper. There is a 30-day 1000 mile elimination period. Because of military, I got $0 deductible which is great. Just after elimination period car was having issue with air suspension. Took it to BMW and they quoted $1800. I took out the warranty and saw air springs were NOT covered. A lot IS covered, but also a lot is NOT covered. Basically ALL major systems are covered. But things that will naturally wear out and need replacing are not. Anyway, they chipped in $350 for the repairs which they did not need to do. I thought that was more than fair.

They would not honor my contract even though I met all the requirements for my warranty and kept saying they felt that past owners neglected the car. I am not responsible for past owners since I barely had the car for 7 months. They then take forever to respond to the mechanic and give them the run around just so they can find one thing wrong with it so they can deny the claim. They constantly lie about whether they received the information or not and try to blame the mechanic instead of taking responsibility for their actions. I spoke to someone and they told me that they will send me to information as to who my claim was denied and then when I call back to get it they tell me that they do not send emails out about it. I would like to know why you denied my claim and not being able to read it for myself is sketchy. They cancel my contract without my authorization. I will never use them again and would recommend that no one ever uses them because they are crooks who are just taking people's money and taking advantage of them.

New customer. Service was amazing, no sales pressure. Steven West explained coverage options, I reviewed other contracts (Car-shield, Endurance, Concord, and others). Dollars for dollars, Patriot Warranty beat the competition hands down for my vehicle. Repair shop also reviewed contract verbiage as well, very impressed. Have not used them for a claim, but off to a very good start.
