This company does not answer the phone or return voicemails even for the dealerships. Do not know how the people working here can look in the mirror knowing they take a big chunk of money from you and leave you stranded!! So sad that people can do this to others!!

This company is a real joke. I got an extended warranty with them back in August 2021, and my alternator broke a month later. I have two cars, so I was not driving this car a lot, so they denied my claim because I didn’t put the amount of miles that they require after you get the claim in order to cover the claim. I was not happy but I said ok, maybe I missed that somewhere in the disclosures. But now my car has a cylinder issue and I called Jonathan and he says that my claim has been cancelled since 2021, a month after I got the warranty. They said I chose to cancel it when I never did and they know I never did because I didn’t request my money back. Now his number isn’t even in service. I’ve left messages in voice mail and no one has gotten back to me. If anyone knows how to get my money back, can you please reach out to me? I paid $1,500 for this warranty and now I have to pay $5,000 to get my car fixed and they are no where to be found. I hope nobody else has to go through this.

AND the State’s Department of Insurance in both South Dakota & California will NOT DO ANYTHING to stop this crime!!!
I have a signed contract but they refused to honor it and BOTH refused to help!

Only open M-F 8a-5p CST IF (big IF) they answer at all. NO Weekends or Evenings or Nights – when does your car breakdown? Then you get promises they will do something BUT NO ACTION!
AND since you MUST have pre-authorization for warranty services – HA!
Only one person has ever answered the phone (3 times in THREE WEEKS of calls).
Don’t brother to try email - their email server doesn’t work!

DO NOT BUY! Bought 4 yr warranty in March 2021. Included -0- deductible. Took vehicle in for service and neither auto repair shop nor myself could get anyone to even answer the phone on several attempts. The one time I got thru to a voicemail and left my information, got no return call. Also left message via website—no response. Mechanic finally left a vm with no return call. What if this was a roadside service need?! Their website also lies showing a 5 star Trustpilot rating when it is not!

I purchased an extended warranty for 4 years almost 2 years ago. My brakes went out and I've been trying to get my reimbursement for a month. They said that my check would come within 2 weeks...its been a month. They answered the phone after holding for 30min and said they would contact the billing dept and I waited for them to come back, but I hung up after holding for almost another 1/2 hour.
I'm just sick about being scammed especially in these crazy times where money is tight.
I hope people see these reviews so it will not happen to them.
I'm going to file a small claim, I'll let you know what happens.

Paid $2500 for extended warranty. Sold my vehicle after 1 year of coverage. Patriot communicated a $1350 refund. Never received the refund. Many call to Patriot no return calls. No customer service answered my calls. SCAM.

If i could give this company 0 stars I would. They claim they are out to help you with repairs on your vehicle but when it comes to actually helping they will find any loop hole possible to not cover something. Then when you try to cancel they will hold your money hostage for 60 business days or more, which is really funny because it doesn't take them 60 business days to take your money. After 70 business days I started to inquire about where my check was and was then told that a third party had had to mail them the check and then i would be mailed my check after they received it from the third party. If you leave a bad review about them after you have asked to cancel your policy they will threaten to not give you your money back until you delete the review. Interestingly after I told them I would delete my review they decided that they could immediately put the money on my debit card. Any positive reviews about this company are ones they have written themselves.

Zero, and yes they are a scam. Any positive reviews they did themselves or paid an overseas company to generate.

This place a crock! I have been calling for days and getting there answering service no matter what time of the day I called they say they’re 24 hours a day but all I do is get their answering service left a message after message regarding my car repair never had one return call from one of their customers from I’ve never had such poor customer service specially when I’m painting thousand dollars for this warranty anyone who wants insurance from them just beware the crooks it’s been over a week and I still have not received a call I ended up paying the $2500 for my car repair which should’ve been covered by them I just hope someone in customer service Caesars Review calls me back I feel like I’ve been taken advantage by this organization

Terrible customer service and terrible coverage. We filed claims for two repairs. The only way to contact them is via phone but they rarely answered the phone or responded to the numerous messages we left on their machine or with the answering service. The repair shop had a similar experience. There is no online means to file claims and they don't post their email. The salesman, Scott talked us into the more expensive Elite plan because "it covers everything", but we discovered it only covers things explicitly mentioned in the contract, even if it isn't explicitly mentioned in the list of non-covered items (gray area = not covered). It didn't cover the TIPM ($1000+) even tho that part controls the parts explicitly covered. The sales pitch was completely misleading. I wish I would have studied the contract more closely. For instance, it only covers specific parts of the engine or transmission and I now know that if it isn't specifically mentioned, they're not going to cover it. Patriots Warranty is a total rip off.

This company is a complete con and scam. I bought a warranty, never used it and sold my car six months after purchasing the warranty. That was 8months ago. I am still trying to get my refund. This is the case with many people. I have not found one person online that has received a refund. Currently in the process of taking them to small claims court.

BEWARE - Submitted a road hazard redemption Claim and Car Was (perk) months ago an have not received reimbursement. Additionally, I have left multiple messages with Mr. Jonathan at ext-718 and Paula at ext-808 over the past two months with ZERO return calls.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! Bought "Platinum" package from these con artist. Needed clearly covered item repaired. They give you the run around and never pay!!!!! Even my Dodge dealer service rep called them a scam and knew about them Told me I got "ripped off" And try getting your money back when you try to cancel--- THEY DISAPPEAR!!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!!! Youve been warned!

Liars and thieves. I purchased a warranty for up to 200,000 miles at around $2000 and paid it in full. My car was totaled out at 125,679 and canceled in December 2021. I submitted a final odometer picture as requested and today is 03/23/2022 and have not received a penny from Patriot. I call the number for them and I get a recording to please wait and that a representative will be with me shortly and sometimes it will prompt you to leave a message other times the call just ends.

A victory for the little guy!

So, last November I thought I found a somewhat reputable extended warranty, so I put $500 down on $1,500 'Patriot Extended Warranty' policy. They promised a worry free refund for 30 days if requested.

The next few days, I dug deep and found horrible reviews and decided to cancel. I called, they gave me some BS... I had to fill out some forms and send a freaking "notarized letter" asking for the refund.

I spoke, very nicely, to this #JohnathanBennett 10xs.... until last week. Last week I told them,"if I don't get my refund by the 16th, I'm going to social media."

This afternoon, I called and told #JonathanBennett at #patriotwarranty to go f himself with my money and standby for heavy-rolls.

I told this guy I was going to contact EVERY American Legion and VFW within 100 miles of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where they are located, and inform them how, #patriotwarranty, is misrepresenting the word "Patriot" and how exactly they are being unpatriotic.

2 hours later, after reaching out to local establishments, on FB, in Sioux Falls, and even a law office IN their building😂.... I received an email saying "your card has been REFUNDED."

I'll believe it when I actually see it.

Thank God for social media, and I will surely pass this on to EVERY person who had to recourse to YELP and the Better Business Bureau.

Something needs to be done about this Scam company. Has anyone filled lawsuit yet? They dont respond and they dont ever pay for repairs. Im gonna bring them down
