They are a scam. They took my money and won't return calls and refused to give me my refund. Report them to the Attorney General. All they have is an address in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, pretending to be legit. Can someone help to bring this company to justice? They are robbers, taking money from hard working people.

I purchased an auto warranty insurance policy from this company back in August 2020 for $1,150. I submitted a claim in May 2022 and another claim in July 2022. I have not yet been reimbursed. I was told twice that I would receive reimbursement at the end of June and again at the end of August. As of this date nothing has been paid by Patriot Warranty Insurance.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY A DOLLAR! IF YOU HAVE CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY ASAP AND REPORT THEM AS FRAUD AS THEY WILL NEVER PAY FOR ANY CLAIMS SUBMITTED. DON'T FALL FOR ANY OF THEIR ADVERTISED CLAIMS, THEY ARE ALL LIES. LET'S CLOSE THEM DOWN!

Ralph Elliott, Marcus Phelps, Stephen West, Paula Smith are all conman and will take your money knowing full well they will never pay any claim. Any favorable review you see is not from a real person who has actually worked with this criminal organization.

Please, if you have been a victim of this company do the following. We need to all help close this criminal organization down.

* Report them to the SD Attorney General
* Report them to your own States Attorney General
* Report them with the BBB - You will see they are a F! But please keep reporting your experiences and what practices they used so others know before they fall victim to this fraudulent organization.
* Report them and your experience on bestcompany website. You will see there are dozens of people reporting their scam.
* Go to and report your experience with them on the Riff Buddy website.
* Contact and report your incident to the FTC (they are willfully collecting money from people in other States knowing full well they DO NOT pay legitimate claims they advertise they do. The owners of this organization and all those affiliated with them who have willfully taking peoples money knowing full well they don't pay any claims and what they advertise on the website are untrue are all going to be under investigation and hopefully prosecuted very soon. Anyone out there who has been a victim, please please take a moment and report your experience with them to the FTC. These guys are absolute conman.

Again, if you have been a victim and they won't pay all of your money back call your credit card company and dispute the charge. You will be able to get your money back. Aside from that, get the word out on this fraudulent organization so others don't have to go thru this experience.

They have no dealer network and no reputable dealership has ever head of this company. I personally reached out to over 20 Porsche dealers around the US and not a single service manager has ever heard of this company.

They have another company by the name of ASE Warranty Plans, which allows them to work in CA, at least for the time being because Patriot Warranty was served a cease and desist letter for unlawful conduct and business practices. Go to the Patriot Warranty website and then the ASE Warranty Plans website ... look at the similarities. They literally use the same login!

Let's close them down. Let's stop companies like this from existing and taking your hard earned dollar.

This company is a scam. They take your money and never talk to you again. Or they tell you they are sending payment and never do. Do not waste your hard earned money. If they have scammed you report them to the South Dakota AG office. Any review you see that is positive is fake.

Please do no waste your money purchasing this warranty. My 70 year old mother was widowed one month and had to purchase a car. She was talked into purchasing this extended warranty. She never used the coverage; total waste of money. When the vehicle hit 77,799 miles the engine light came on and the estimate was $8,827 to fix. She advised the dealership that she had the extended warranty when they called to verify they were told the warranty expired at 70,093 miles and the claim was denied. She was not aware that it was based on miles, a few months before when the vehicle was being serviced she inquired about the expiration of the warranty and was told 12/19/22; nothing was mentioned about miles.

Don't get this warranty please it's the worst company they will lie to you and just take your money

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Please do not waste money on this . Customer service is non existent. No one picks up the phone, answers emails or messages you back.

It’s a scam!!!! I cancelled my warranty 1month later, I did everything required to get refund. If you call the company afterwards the person hangs up or sends you to an extension with a voicemail that never returns calls
The took my $1,100.00 and kept it

TOTAL SCAM!! They never answer the phone to pay for car repairs. STAY AWAY!

Anyone who gave this company a good rating can’t be real. I like the majority of these ratings had to pay out of pocket to get my car repaired. Patriot Warranty did not return the dealership calls nor did they return any of my calls. All you get is an answering machine. I even left a message that I was interested in taking out the coverage. Never received a call back. I would be happy to receive a refund but I know it’s not gonna happen. I plan to lodge a complaint with every agency I can. Companies cannot just rip people off and think they are immune to criminal charges.

Big scammers, they will leave your car at the shop to ignore all the calls from the shop and make you pay out of pocket and when you call them...they will never answer... just the auto operator will continue to make noise in your ears. Don't lose your money or waste your time. They're a big scammers and will take your money in vain. I'm looking forward to speaking to my lawyer or find Fox Tv to report them. This is a total scam - please ask any repair shop, they have never heard of them - this is a total scam - they pay know one - they have loop wholes to never pay anyone - please heed my warning - I was taken, don't be - this company is a total scam

BUYER BEWARE !!! This company is a straight up rip off. You won't get covered for legit repairs, nor will you get a refund.

I purchased their highest level of coverage. When it came time to file a claim and get my car fixed they only covered $1400 of $12,000!!! I asked my dealership if I purchased an extended warranty from them of everything would’ve been covered and they said yes. Patriot told me their warranty would cover everything a Range Rover warranty would cover. Patriot wanted to use after market parts and only paid a fraction of the labor. I absolutely feel scammed and I’ll be filing a lawsuit against them. Absolute scam.

They are nothing but a scam. To spot this file a complaint with the Federal Trade commission, and your Attorney General. The Federal Trade Commission will put them out of business and turn every one's money. Please, the more we get filed the Federal Trade Commission, they will get on Patriots Warranty!!!!!

I had a dispute with them. I had taken them to court to settle this dispute and I had won the case. Patriot warranty will not obied by USA law.

Been hung up on 2 times past 2 days emailed 2-3 times NOTHIN No Response left Mess on machine FRUAD!!!!! My Truck is being held hostage at dealer $1600 This Co No where to b found

I have been trying to get them to acknowledge a claim that they cover since April 2022. The dealership has called and emailed them several times and they refuse to call or email us back. I have always put in a report with BBB. The guy that works in the new customer department is the only person who answers the phone and no matter how nice I am to him he hangs up on me after he tells me everyone is busy. I would like to cancel my warranty. This isn't right and has been very stressful. I did my part and paid in full now I can't get any help with something I paid for.

Stay AWAY from this company!!! Do yourself a service by not doing business with Patriot Warranty. These scumbags will take you money and when its time to pay, they don't!! Look at all the other review, we are all experiencing the same problem. They never answer their phone, never return calls and I reported them BBB and will be writing reviews about them until I get my money they owe me. I will do my part to save others from signing up with them until I get a resolution!!! I will go through everything until I get a resolution. Patriot Warranty you suck and I tried to be nice and give you guys the benefit, but my credit card has been charged 04/21, and still no refund along with accruing interest charges on my credit card and enough is enough.
