Your order was dispatched and you ought to have received it long ago. It would have been much appreciated if you had informed me that you have never received your item and a new set would have been put in the post to you for FREE.
While the case is being investigated with the Royal Mail, I will put a new set in the post to you today.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Delivered in time and good quality printouts. Service can be improved a bit if a notification in the form of email can be sent when the item is shipped. Anyways, I am fully satisfied with the service because it is simple and efficient.

If you are having any problem with the photos we sent to you, all you need is to get back to us and let us know what the problem is and we promise to get you sorted. Are you having problems with the printed photos or the digital download?
