They were super helpful unlike the app I got the digital photo through who sent me a photo that was not fit to print. Passportphotonow consultant got straight on the phone to let me know the issue and waited for me to send a new photo through, then got it posted same day as I was on a tight deadline. Very happy and photo passed the Australian passport office test!

The best in the business!
Super quick service which I believe was next day. OCI photo size was correct. Even the digital photo size was done correctly and I had no issues on the Indian governments form. These forms are notoriously tricky and buggy to complete! Thank you!

Paid for 1-2 day business day delivery
Paid for 1-2 day business day delivery, ordered on the Friday, they didn’t complete my order until Tuesday, didn’t receive until Wednesday. No point in paying for expedited when the order takes 3 days to process

You placed an order on September 8, 2023 @ 1:52 pm and you agreed to our terms that order must be placed before 1:00pm Monday-Friday. Your order was processed and dispatched on Monday. Sorry for that.

Great customer service and the photos were sent promptly and they were cleaned up for passports very well. Would use again.

Outstanding personal service
When they were unable to process the first photo I sent I was informed immediately. The next one was processed to a very good quality, but did not include a printed copy. I think I may have failed to request printed copies, but when I emailed them asking for copies, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call assuring me they would be mailed right away. Couldn’t be more pleased with the product and the service.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. I made a mistake in my order, they amended it with no muss, no fuss. Pics arrived next day (even though I selected the regular 5-6 working days option).
