Was at first sceptical but....
Was at first sceptical but their service is stellar! I hadn't requested it but I had received the photo's the next day! I had paid extra for Saturday delivery as I ordered late on a thursday evening and I missed the cut off for next day. All I have praises, they had gone above and beyond and they have my custom and recommendation.

All came good in the end
Two orders sent. One came very quickly. Second one seemed to have got lost in the post. They resent me first one again and then sent me the second order.
All orders received, but was a bit of a headache.

Australian passport photos rejected
I submitted an order for Australian passport photos and while the photos did arrive quite promptly, I was not happy with the results. The website does guarantee that Australian passport photos are available that specifications; however, my application was rejected on the basis of poor quality images that had been digitally changed. Therefore, my application was delayed by 3 weeks. I’m out £8.99 for useless photos. My order from passportphotonow did state that if a new photograph was required for quality, it would request one. I was never contacted. Avoid this service and use a reputable passport/visa photo business such as Timpson instead who have given me a guarantee that if my photos aren’t approved (which they were) they would do them again.
