Exceptional ordering service and accurate and fast shipping
As Electrician and Appliance Repairs Expert in Vancouver, I have used Parts Town for a few times. There are two online stores that surprised me every time: Parts Town and Digikey.
Every time I am surprised by their accurate ordering system and ultra-fast shipping arrangement.
I can rely on their estimation even more than our local suppliers. When they say two-day shipping, that means you will have your item the day after tomorrow, that's it !
Their online Chat support agents are very easy to access (I dislike AI agents in this manner), and they can solve your problems and answer your questions quickly and smoothly.
Wish both companies all the bests, they are helping me to serve my clients much better and more efficient 💯

The component arrived damaged, but…
The component arrived damaged from shipping, though it seemed to be just cosmetic damage, and I was willing to use the part regardless. After contacting the seller, they said I can discard the original motor and they sent me a replacement by fedex overnight delivery for free. Amazing customer service! I’ll definitely be coming back when I need more parts!! Thanks guys!
