I was charged twice for shipping for…
I was charged twice for shipping for one order with two items. I contacted customers service and they stated that they could not do anything for me as it was two separate transactions. Both parcels showed up on time and the same time as it was the same order. It was definitely a glitch or something as it should have been one transaction and one shipping charge. Double check your cart !! And don’t trust the fee’s!!! Customer service was not willing to wave one chipping charge.

ordered a part paid the extra for express delivery, Ordered on Friday night and was told 1 to 2 buisness days for delivery. received part on the third business day. Was told after I asked for a refund of express delivery, that because I ordered too late on the friday that I wouldn't get a refund. Although monday and tuesday are 2 full buisness days I guess the first day dont count.

I ordered a fuse. It was the wrong one I sent emails to show you the fews I needed. I got nothing back now. I have a fuse that doesn't work Anna Pizza oven. I need to rely on for my business. I would really like some feedback from you. And get the right fuse and return this one. That's the reason for my one star rating

Wrong part received
I ordered a fridge temperature control, gave all the information requested and was assured part would fit. The part is not the same as the original. Called to return it and spoke with Chantal. She was extremely helpful and called the manufacturer to find out what the discrepancy was. Very good service from this particular employee, very impressed. Thanks
