Wide variety of parts, easy to check if it fits your equipment. Easy to order and arrive fast. Only downsized is the price for delivery. If you need small parts you need to pair it up with other parts to make it worth the delivery fees since there is only one option.

Shipping department needs to think more and stopwasting money
My order is 3 offices February 26 which may weigh 3 or 4 ounces and showed that it was to be delivered March 5. When I looked to track my order on the morning of March 5, it now shows that delivery date is unknown as a result of rail delays? This is such a small package that it could have been mailed out Canada Post and likely cheaper. I believe I paid over $20 for shipping... not very reliable! Shipping department needs to think before wasting customers money.

I purchased an inducer motor for my furnace which I am expecting to arrive today.
When I enquired about a pressure switch for my furnace I got a response from Danielle Singh. I was advised to contact the manufacturer. They basically blew me off.
I emailed back to needhelp and was lucky enough to be contacted by Brooklyn Dundas. Their effort was what one would expect and they found me the part I needed. Unfortunately the part is out of stock so I am still searching. Thank you Brooklyn Dundas.

Was looking for a very hard to find part that I did not see on their website. They took the time to make the calls to inquire and got back to me very quickly. The part was correct. Everything smooth! Highly recommend Parts Canada… It wasn’t. my first adventure with them, and it won’t be my last!
