Le service au complet. Du moment que j'ai commandé la pièce, j'ai eu tout de suite un courriel de confirmation de mon achat. Par la suite le suivi de celle-ci. Étant donné que je n'ai pas reçu la bonne pièce j'ai ecrit un courriel à cet effet. J'ai reçu tout de suite un courriel me mentionnant qu'ils étaient désolés, que ma pièce n'était pas disponible et qu'on me rembourserait sur ma carte de crédit. Cela n'a même pas pris 24hres que je voyais le remboursement. Très bon service et oui si j'ai une autre pièce à commander je ferais affaires avec vous sans hésitation.

The best service is dependable service. I ordered a fridge part which did not fit. Within hours it was fully remedied with full refund. You don’t always know how these issues will be dealt with when you’re dealing online. All I can say is that it’s hugely reassuring & I’ll definitely continue to buy from Parts Town Canada!

Your accounting department cannot follow emails as they created two accounts instead of one that I have provide all information over and over again. This has been going on for several months to open an account.

Waiting 5 days for a part to fix a broken refrigerator in a restaurant may not seem like a big deal to your decision makers but it causes great stress to the restauranteur.
We need to be able to come pick up a part same day!!!! Simple. Maybe actually care about your customer situation!!!

Great company! Have ordered a few items for work machines (ie…coffee machines, cappuccino machines) they always have the part and it arrives between 5-7 days.
Very happy and will continue to order from them.
