Parla is such a great product — my teeth feel super clean and smooth after every use. The customer service is brilliant, and I love their eco ethos and sustainable approach. It’s nice to find a brand that actually cares about both your smile and the planet. Would definitely recommend!

Took my money for a premium product and then despatched it by Evri the UK’s worst delivery company. Never saw the toothpaste and never got a response from Parla. Had to do a chargeback via bank to get funds back. Beware.

The product was delivered to a completely different postcode. I tried contacting the company via email, webform and social media and they have completely ignored me.

Responsive, friendly team to deal with.
And, though different to toothpaste, we love the tabs! Been using them for over a year now and my teeth feel great. As do I for not using a tube.

I really recommend the Parla products, The quality and benefits to your mouth are really game changing. If I ever have to use someone else's traditional toothpaste. it serves to remind me just how good the Parla Product range is!

I bought a jar of the Original 62 from a supermarket as I was primarily looking for a travel toothpaste solution to cut down on hand luggage liquids. The product was good so I ordered the Original Mouthwash Duo and the Travel Tin to see how the website and delivery would work to consider a subscription. After the usual issues with EVRI/Pick Pack n Post (NB paid delivery) and chasing PARLA/Hayley, my goods arrived on 2 August 2025. On 3 August 2025 I emailed Hayley (extract): "I have now inspected my order and am very unhappy with the 'travel tin'. It is nothing like the advertised product. It arrived simply thrown in with the tablets - no box, empty, used, thin metal with the coating flaking off and, as far as I can see, it is not remotely airtight. It looks like a trade show sample. Whilst I accept that it is a low-value product that doesn't allow PARLA to sell an item that does not comply with UK trading standards. Please see the included pictures. I also include a picture of the reverse side of the delivery envelope, which looks as though it has been run over as it is covered in oil. I would like a refund or a replacement of the current product that complies with the description and picture of the advertised product as well as a representative refund of the delivery charge. PARLA should also remove this advertisement (which is an offer) from the website if, as I suspect, it doesn't exist. " I chased Hayley on 9 August 2025 and have heard nothing since.

Not only are the toothpaste tabs just as good as 'regular' toothpaste, you never have to worry about running out, you know they're great quality, you don't have to waste space in your travel liquids and they're much better for the environment. Definitely won't be going back!
Not to mention, excellent customer service!

Found this company on Instagram and thought I would give them a go as I liked the idea of toothpaste in a tablet form. So glad that I did. They are so easy to use and leave your teeth feeling really clean and super minty. Initially I had an issue with my order ( totally my fault ) and the customer service couldn't have done more to sort things out. Definitely five stars from me.

I have used Pärla toothpaste tablets since they appeared on Dragons Den and absolutely love them. I upgraded to Pärla Pro when they came out and haven’t looked back. They are a definite must to take on holiday - I have a spare smaller glass jar which I fill and take and it’s perfect. I had a small problem recently with soggy tablets which was my fault but Hayley from Customer Services was brilliant and she’s sending me a replacement free of charge which is amazing. I would definitely recommend Pärla without reservation.

Absolutely love Parla's new toothpaste! the pro whitening is so effective, even after just a couple weeks of use I can see an improvement on staining. Taste is great and has my breath feeling fresh all day, would definitely recommend

Hayley on customer service is incredible. I had a soggy batch delivered due to wet weather and she kindly sent out a new batch right away. Love the toothpaste tabs, have been using for around 18 months and can’t see myself going back to the ‘normal’ stuff

I've been using the Parla toothpaste tabs for over a year now in my on-going quest to reduce the amount of single use plastics in my home. Like others have said, it took a while - maybe a week, but no more - to get used to the change and now I cannot imagine reverting back to squeezing toothpaste out of a tube. I guess the critical point is that I asked my dentist if she was happy with the state of my teeth and it was an unequivocal 'yes', so for me that's pretty much all I needed to know. Parla also have a very responsive and very friendly customer care team which, coupled with their recent 'Certified B Corporation' status, makes them an A* organisation to deal with. So, if you're wondering whether or not to try the tabs, I have to say yes. I doubt you'll turn back and you'll be doing just another little bit for the planet :-)

The toothpaste tablets are great, I’ve been using them for a couple of years, I just tried the floss and it’s useless. It just keep snapping and leaving bits all over my mouth, compared to the standard cheap floss I was using which held together.

I have been using Parla Toothpaste Tabs for nearly 4 months now, just received my 2nd subscription. I have to admit, initially, I wasn't sure. It just seemed strange to crunch on a small tablet and then keep it in my mouth for a while (swill around a bit) and then clean my teeth (I use an electric Oral B). However, like most things, once you get over the slight change in routine then the new process is bedded in. Now 4 months in, I'm Parla(ing) like a pro.. And loving in.. I don't like using toothpaste any more, it just seems so 2010/s 😂.. I use a waterflosser first and then cruch my Parla and keep in my mouth (try not to swallow as they do taste good) for 5 to 15 mins (normally while I load the dishwasher or use the loo). I then use my Oral B electric toothbrush (wet the end in my mouth to get a dose of Parla on it) and then clean my teeth normally, trying to retain the Parla in my mouth as long as possible.. The results.. My sensitive teeth are no longer sensitive (have tried several sensitive toothpaste in the past with minimum sucess).. They feel cleaner and look whiter.. I use the Pro White Tabs.. As I said, I'm loving it..

Love my Parla dental tabs, very easy to use and saving so much plastic! (and my dentist approves too!). Also really handy for travelling. I’ve been using Parla for over a year now during which I’ve experienced a no-fuss, efficient service.

I got in a muddle because l had two subscriptions running. It was sorted out quickly and efficiently. I love the pro tabs and have been having them for years after swapping from the normal ones. I am very particular with my oral hygiene as l am an older person and need every help l can get to keep my pearly whites. These are easy to use,better for the planet and l often take a couple in a container to use after a meal out as l dont have to rinse. For me,these are the perfect item for my precious teeth.

I have been on a mission for years to reduce plastic from my house. Dental
products were the hardest part to replace, but I finally have managed it. And it was parla who started the ball rolling for me. Thank you Parla for being an excellent tooth paste (my dentist is very happy) and plastic free.

A clear communication on a complex payment issue. They were polite and helpful.

Having used tooth paste from plastic tubes for over 70 years I welcomed plastic-free option that Parla offers. Using the tablets is not problem and the paste generated by the chewing and brushing worked better than conventional tooth paste.

I get mine on subscription, so a small box with the tablets inside in a paper envelope comes through my letter box every 4 months. I discovered that if the box is left open in the bathroom, the tablets can begin to deteriorate in the damp atmosphere after a while. So I keep them in the envelope in the box and in a bedroom drawer. That way they remain in good condition.

So thank you Parla. My only complaint is the price. I think you might justify a reduction for regular users like me.
