Love the tablets!
Great taste and a great concept. Can’t wait to order more

I made the switch to tabs recently and have tried a few options - PARLA are simply the best out there. The slick plastic free packaging makes me feel like I'm making one small change for the planet. I'd recommend anyone thinking about taking the leap signs up for their subscription (which sends out refill packs) on their website! One happy customer!

Been using Parla for a few years now and love them. The new tabs a a little more minty than before which I love, the subscription always notifies me before it’s sent and have been in touch with customer services a few times who are also very quick to respond and really helpful! Can not recommend enough!!

Great tablet and easy to use, much easier than paste!

Parla make fantastic toothpaste tablets. I switched to them because I can't stand that toothpaste tubes are used once and will hang around on earth for a thousand years. I am addicted to the Pro range which taste fresh and clean very efficiently. It took a couple of days to get used to the concept and then going back to toothpaste seems slimy!

Have been getting Parla for months now and love it! A great alternative to toothpaste. Love the fact it is also doing good for the world.

The experience with their new tabs is much better than any other toothpaste in my opinion. The foamy experience is amazing! My teeth feel cleaner, smoother and brighter and the cherry on top is the fact that it is clean ingredients and plastic free! Won’t use anything else!

I have used Parla toothpaste tablets since the” being kind to the planet” and removing plastic toothpaste tubes from the planet and have never had any problems with my supply.

I purchased a single packet of original. I thought the flavour was disgusting. A complete waste but fair enough. Then I get notification that another is on its way! I contact them to say stop the delivery and cancel the subscription. They failed to do this so I now have 2 packets of disgusting tablets. I suspect they try to be clever by disguising the subscription option. Very unethical especially as they seem to be refusing to accept a return of an unopened package.

Great product, far too expensive.

I have been using Parla tabs for a about three years now and I will never go back to toothpaste, I use their bamboo toothbrush too and just as effective as an electric one in my opinion... my dentist and hygienist have no complaints either.

I recently had a little problem with being sent a jar full of tabs in stead of the refill pack for my subscription, I tried altering it on my account but couldn't find how to do it, so I reached out by email. I have always had speedy replies and this was no different they got back to me the following day having changed my order to refill packs.

Don't loose faith in this wonderfully inventive and healthy global option to a daily routine, they're worth it.

Great product, totally shambolic service.
Charged for my subscription at the beginning of April, received my tabs beginning of June. Endless chasing and complaints. What a shame. Will definitely give up this subscription.

Parla what can I say? I was buzzing to try the new Parla pro tablets, however there was a long delay. Not to worry though, the Parla team where proactive in letting me know about the delay and told me exactly when the tablets would come. When they did come, the product was amazing and they refunded me 20% off the order.

Love this product so decided to describe and have experienced the same issue as other reviewers. Subscribed for a refill 248 pro white. And revived a jar of 62 ordinary tabs. I have had no communications from parla despite emails and Instagram messages. They have essentially taken money for something I did not order….a much cheaper product too. I have immediately unsubscribed whilst I try to get my money back.

I have just cancelled my subscription. I was charged for four months hydroxyapatite, but received a small jar with about a fortnight’s supply of the cheaper product. I queried this, got no sense from emailing customer support, a repayment of a quarter of what I was charged was made. There are other providers who are about half the price and, fingers crossed, do not defraud customers.

Update 21/5/24: Parla finally emailed me an apology for delay responding and with a copy of a general communication sent on 30 April, indicating supply problems, delayed orders, and they would send FOC jar of 62 tablets to tide over customers with pending orders. I never received this- probably as I am not on their marketing mailing list (opted out). It seems they didn’t ensure customers with pending orders were included on this list. They could easily have included an explanatory note with the jars they sent to ensure customers understood what was going on. They indicated my order should be sent in the next week.
This is not the first time I’ve had issues with them fulfilling an order. But they did respond promptly last time. So they don’t have a very good track record with me.

My opinion- good product, poor execution in fulfilling orders, poor customer service response times.

Original post: As per review 9 April, exactly same has happened to me. They charged me the £32 renewal for 248 tablets and sent a jar of 62. I also am getting no replies. Today is day 9. I’ve contacted them twice by email. I’ll be contacting my credit card company for a resolution as they seem intentionally to be short supplying customers. I’ve now cancelled my subscription. My dentist had recommended, so I’ll be informing them to steer people away from ordering via them online. Perhaps they are in their death throes and we’ll soon hear they have gone out of business.
