I couldn’t get the text to be able to retrieve my car
Very annoying as I was able to show my digital proof of payment but still took me 15 minutes to retrieve my car

Do not use this app to secure a parking spot in New York City. It’s vendors are misleading and blatantly lie about accommodating your vehicle. Do not use any of these vendors on this app. If you have a large vehicle such as a truck you will not be accommodated when you show up, will you be refunded for your money?

I reserved and prepaid for a spot in a garage. When I arrived at the garage, the garage refused to honor the prepaid reservation because the garage was full! What is the point in prepaying for a reservation if the garage isn't going to honor it? If this is the case, what service is parking.com providing?

I used them once before and it worked fine. This time the link in my confirmation email didn't work. I had to call them and that took about 10 minutes before they could send me a PDF of the QR code. I did not receive a discount for the inconvenience either. I also signed up online and I think I used my google account to login, but when I downloaded the app that wasn't an option to login. So a bit annoyed about both.

I prepaid a parking spot at SP Parking on Thursday 8/10. When I arrived early, I tried to explain to the attendant I was early but happy to pay the extra over the parking pass I had on my phone. He told me I should show him the pass when I returned. I did that. He scanned it and told me the pass was no good. It was for across the street. I explained I had the directions on my phone, and he went on to tell me that it is the same company but different administration but with the same address. I had to pay the fees. I paid the $56.00 fee to get my car back, but I find this whole experience very frustrating. I will be contacting SP for a refund of the original $43.47 I prepaid.

When I went to check in, they told me they had no spots available. I had to drive around for an hour to find a new lot and it cost me $55. I will never book with your company again I booked my spot on Wednesday for Saturday morning

Friendly attendants, the price was good, and the car was ready to go immediately when we arrived to pick it up.

The garage would not honor the reservation I booked on line and paid for. Be warned that you do not have a guaranteed spot if you use this service, the garage you book can deny your reservation.

While it was easy to find a parking spot on this site, I was very shocked and disappointed that on my arrival, I was notified that they had no spaces available for me--the gate was even lowered to the garage entrance. I was allowed to come in the narrow curved driveway so that the attendant could let me see that he was full, but then had to negotiate backwards to leave I was left to find another parking space where several garages were booked solid. I needed to go quite far away, pay a much higher rate, and of course I was late for my event.

I was charged an additional 15 dollars after I was going to check out for no apparent reason. I told the attendant why the charge and he did not know. I retrieved the car before the due time. The service of the attendant is good.

Arrived early and was able to cancel reservation online and park for a few hours for the same rate as confirmed. Attendant was pleasant and professional.

The location is nice and it was inexpensive.
