I use this app all of the time for parking. Works well every single time. It’s simple and easy and you get reminders so you don’t let your time expire
The sign said 5 dollars for all day! When I clicked ro go to the website it was 5.5 for 4 hours. Called the number absolutely no help or knowledge of the prices.

i go to the outlet mall to save money
i go to the outlet mall to save money. i spend too much money on gas to get there and to pay for parking is not a good value. I will not be going back to the mall.

Not convenient. Terrible experience.
It was so annoying to have to go through the clunky registration process in the middle of a hot asphalt parking lot in 97° temperature. I watched as several couples mashed on their phones around me trying to do the same thing. We all asked one another why this process was so difficult. Eventually I was able to register and get checked in with sweat pouring from my forehead.

I love the convenience
I love the convenience of the app but I hate that you can’t check out when you are done even you are done before it expires that is frustrating not expecting a refund for unused time I just prefer to be able to check out
