I use this app all of the time for parking. Works well every single time. It’s simple and easy and you get reminders so you don’t let your time expire
The sign said 5 dollars for all day! When I clicked ro go to the website it was 5.5 for 4 hours. Called the number absolutely no help or knowledge of the prices.

My kids does not like it when I park…
My kids does not like it when I park “far”, I like how they have these paid parking spaces! They were so happy that we were parked “close”.

Having to pay for parking at a mall is…
Having to pay for parking at a mall is a crock! But, the lot was full so I pulled into a pay spot and the site was soooo incredibly slow it took me 20 minutes, not joking, to get the info in and paid for, if it wasn’t sooo slow it would’ve been fine , I could’ve parked across the street and walked to the mall faster than the website was.

Not helpful - then hung up on me
Called support b/c online pay wasn't working. Rep insisted there was a place to pay as I entered the lot - I explained there was not (it was an outlet mall) and they proceeded to hang up on me.
