The APP worked well. it seems that charging administrative fees on top of paid parking is excessive -given that there is no alternative ..Other parking apps seem to include lesser fees.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to pay for my parking before walking to dinner and downloaded this app to make my experience a little easier. I needed to pay for 1 1/2 hours of parking and the app was trying to charge me $24 compared to the $4 that the parking lot kiosk was charging.. I went to pay from the app since I was in a rush and then saw my charge was not completed due to an error. I then ran back to the parking lot to then find out the parking should have only been $4 so I proceeded to pay for the $4 parking through the kiosk. Once my dinner was over, I received an email confirming my $24 parking purchase although I was told there was an error and that the payment could not be completed. Therefore I paid $28 for parking due to the app’s error.

The process was overly complicated
The process was overly complicated. I have used parking apps before but yours does not give feedback of why a card doesn't go through (ie. do not put in four digits for the year on the credit card).

Not an intelligent system
The parking lot and the surrounding roads were closed for the date/time of booking due to a well planned city event. The system did not let me know of this closure and instead took my money. There was no way to access the parking lot when I got there.
