Website was not user friendly at all. Location services did not suggest the lot I was in. Took several minutes longer than necessary to register parking using the website.

Kiosk was not working so I used the mobile app. I entered all my info but when it went to payment I wanted to use Google pay. I signed into Google but that wiped out all the manual entry I had done so I had to re-enter it. I noticed after completing the transaction that it used the saved license plate from my account instead of license I manually entered.

I could stay in the safety of my car and be hand free of a machine! Great!!!

App did not honor pricing posted on signage. After 5:00 should have been $4 and I was charged $4.65. Next time will use other options.

We were ticketed for no reason. We paid.

An error on my part lead to me paying for parking using the app, but entering the incorrect license number. We have multiple cars registered and like the convenience of clicking on the icon to indicate which car we’re parking. They wee able to correct my error.

After four tries following directions at the machine using my card I gave up. It would not give me a receipt. Finally added the app to pay. Will do everything I can to find street parking or skip eating at the restaurant

Too long of a wait while they tried to fill every single seat on a shuttle in a non peak time. Empty shuttle passed by but the company made us sit there and wait so that we were slammed in together.

Old interface, only used because your meter in the lot froze twice to try to pay. Website didn't work to pay, and I did get a ticket. Glad to have screen shots of your website failing to dispute that ticket.

Be careful. The QR code shifted as I entered credit card number and 3 hours went in as 3 days. Waiting for $68 refund to cc. Only vm recording to speak with. Person called next day but no credit so far.
