Can't pay for parking without disabling ad block. Also got charged 4 times. I'm already paying, stop selling my data too.

I parked in the downtown area of Seattle for a few times and found your public parking is very reliable and in good price.

I used the valet parking at the Space Needle for $20.

And paid for $80 at the ferry terminal.

The funniest parking is not far from your spot. When I approached the security for payment, I was told that the underground parking was closed.

So, if you can produce a parking guard in Seattle, it will help the driver (including locals) a lot .

Convenience and ease of use made the experience worth the effort. Will definitely use again.

I wasn't able to change my license plate after the fact and wound up being double charged for parking. I hit the submit button just as i saw it was the plate for our old car so anyway, that was disappointing and expensive.

Your sign said $18 but you charged me more. The sign didnt say anything about taxes or extra fees, it clearly said $18!! False advertising!!

Made parking incredibly easy! And love the notifications about my parking time! So cool!

Very easy to understand and use for new. It would be great if The price is a bit more competitive as I found much lower spots around there. But overall is good.

Using the website was not easy. There was no way of contacting anyone with questions.

The was lot was 6 blocks from Mopop but, it was a straight path and the lot felt safe and well lite and reasonable.

I have a problem I punched in the wrong license plate number, I parked a rental car an by habit used my personal plate number and got a $80 ticket even with a paid slip on dash albeit wrong number, Can you help?

I was a visitor and I got cited. Unfair for a student parent to have no parking area. First time in Seattle and every where I park was $20 to $30. There should be a parking area for parents.

They don't even have the proper address of the location I used... terrible service and terrible company.

First time hard to log on, didn't have bar code, had to down load, wasted 1/ 2 hour.

I paid for parking beforehand and the attendant still gave me a ticket. The app was texting me that I had 30 minutes while I watched from a window. Terrible, I will never park there again.

Yesterday I tried 5 times to pay for parking on this app and was late for work . It kept saying server error and wouldn’t let me complete my purchase , then I got a parking ticket 💩

The parking downtown is too expensive.
I was very disappointed. I will not be going back downtown for nothing.

Clean parking lot and the pay by phone/scan worked great. I will have to get an account set up as I will need to be parking in this lot when visiting our job site across the street.
