Parking in Seattle is almost always a pain, but this experience was pretty painless. There's a lot of modern problems caused by smartphones, but being able to pay and extend your meter by phone if needed is not one of them.
This particular parking lot could use better signage, as what I paid was not reflected on the posted sign; it was actually way less! My guess is it was a Sunday rate, but the price mismatch and the company name not being larger (there was also primarily a different name on the signage, Parking.com was pretty small) did have me concerned it could be a scam. It worked out in the end though and was a painless experience.

Ease of getting in and out. I drive an oversized truck, the spaces had plenty of room. The lot was very clean and did notice a security guard making rounds of near by buildings

Location and respond to e mail and rates are great 👍

It easy to pay and park. I was on time to my meeting because it took place with ease.

Parking was very accessible and affordable, walking distance from the space needle.

I appreciated getting the text to let me know I was running out of time and could buy more with just a couple clicks.

I would have liked to see the options again for buying more time because I think I could have added another hour and paid the same price but wasn't sure.

Covered parking with excellent shuttle service. Won't park anywhere else when flying out of Tucson airport.

it is annoying to require users to provide all this information. It takes so much time to fill the forms.
