This Law Firm is Awful, the worst ever. DO NOT USE THEM. If you are buying a new build DO NOT USE them. Just DO NOT USE them ever.
This company was recomended to me by a developer, unfortunately I made a huge mistake by going with them. But because they were recomended by this developer, so instead of acting for me and representing my interest they were representing their interest and I had to pay for that. They are just RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, how can they be a law firm I can not understand. Not easy to get through to speak to them and when you do the people are very very RUDE. I've had experience with other solicitors and I know what good solicitor is. Not unlike these amateurs. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST. Please find a different PROPER firm.

These were the Solicitors for 'family members' who tried to steal my home.
They manufactured breaches in the 'agreement' drawn up that I never knew about. Case ended with me not losing my home, job and area I grew up in. I won a pay out and stayed in my home in the end.
The cost? My family. 4 years of being bullied off and on and I am convinced there was never any intention to resolve the dispute, just screw me over. Them and 3 family members, all forming a gang
against me. I also ended up very ill with cancer. Timewise indicates due to the above. Whatever disagreements happen, no-one deserves to be treated how this firm treated me

Absolutely astonishing lack of service from this firm, managing two property ownership transfers and a re-mortgage for me. Starting in April 2022. They just 'forgot' to transfer one of the properties, so the mortgage expired. They promised to proceed with a re-mortgage with no further fees; one year later mortgage rates have now quadrupled, and they have still unsuccessfully transferred over the property. And they have still charged me and kept my initial deposit.
Patronising staff, especially Stuart Allen – Avoid!
