Brilliant service

Parachute were great helping me obtain a certificate I required to re-mortgage. The system is very user friendly and communication is fantastic. I especially have to give a huge five stars to Shai who was my point of contact. She was incredibly helpful and kind and is a credit to the company. I will use them again without question.

I needed a disponer certificate. I found Ash at the reception to be very helpful, courteous and ever so efficient. The whole experience was extremely pleasant, smooth and at each turn they did an excellent job to help me understand what was needed. I have to say this was a pleasant and simple experience - getting my id1 form verified. Communication was excellent, from the first call I received - answering some emailed questions I had, booking and having the teams meeting with a member of the legal team, and receiving the completed documentation afterwards.
