Great service
Great service! From start to finish. Team member Ash assisted me with the work to be carried out. I called yesterday late afternoon and Ash managed to book an appointment for me the following morning. There was a little hiccup on my part, but Ash was so understanding and managed to get a second conference call arranged straight away with Lucy 2nd time, who was very patient with my shortage of paper work. I was so impressed and relieved that the work was completed in such a short time before mid-day.
I like to thank the company and Ash in particular who was arranging this important work. Ash kept me updated and made sure I was able to complete the work accordingly.
I definitely recommend using Parachute Law firm.

Calm under pressure - just what you need.
I approached Parachute Law completely cold after a Google search in a bit of a panic as to who could help me. I was faced with a very inflexible deadline from the company I was departing and Nel & Queenie took me under their wing and somehow fit me into what I can imagine is their very busy schedules.
Originally fearing that we weren’t going to get the paperwork done in time, the team worked diligently and efficiently to get everything resolved with a day to go.
So my huge thanks to the extended team at Parachute, because without them, it would’ve been an incredibly stressful time, (more than it already was) a settlement agreement may well not have been completed in time, and I would’ve been facing all sorts of headaches with trying to get a more favourable mutual exit from my company.
Definitely would recommend, and potentially better going with the smaller boutique agencies here, rather than larger ones because they seem to have a more human and personable touch.
