Non responsive, customer service number never gets answered if you even get a ring (half the time it didn’t even go through) and good luck trying to get an email response. You’ll get a robot saying all concerns must go through their chat, which is itself just a robot. I was not impressed with quality, although this is not an item I purchased for myself. I did not get the item I purchased. This is a Chinese company and all the items are shipped by ‘Yan Wen’. Don’t waste your time- you’ll regret ever dealing with them

Good product. Took 17 days to arrive but this wasn't made clear at point of purchase. Was intended as a Christmas present but unfortunately arrived on 27th. Customer services is extremely poor with a 9 day response to emails. This meant my email to enquire about delivery was no responded to until January.

The canvas arrived completely ruined and had to be thrown away. I bought it for a friend who just had an extremely premature baby, so it was a very special gift. I contacted the company 4 times via email over the span of weeks and haven’t so much as received a response. Now I have to contact my credit card. Waste of time and money. Poor product, poor customer service. Thumbs down.

I cannot reach anyone by email, contact form, or phone number to address the problem with my order. When I ordered the item, the process never allowed me to upload the photo I wanted to use, and I emailed them immediately upon sale finalization and included the photo I wanted to use. Many days later, I still have not been contacted by them. The item ordered was a memorial photo for a friend's dogs and will ship as a blank canvas to her unless they fix this order. This was supposed to be a surprise and a comfort. Instead, it's a hassle and salt in an open wound for the recipient and an extreme aggravation for me. Not being reachable by any of the methods listed is incredibly shady and feels very fly-by-night. I'm so frustrated and disappointed.

Ordered October 23rd. Still have not received. I have ordered 2 in the past which had arrived on time. Very disappointed as a returning customer.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Ordered 2 kits on 11/12- one arrived absolutely wrinkled and unusable on 12/2. The other one still has not arrived (it was supposed to be a Christmas gift) and the company is next to impossible to contact. The couple of emails I have received back from them just keep asking for my order number and a pic of the kit I did receive, but no resolution and no credit on the money I wasted. I am contacting my credit card company next- Paintly is a total scam!!!

I suspect Paintly are scammers despite their fancy website. I paid £35 for a kit at beginning of December and there’s been no contact since. Their email address and automated “help” assistant get you nowhere. Upon further investigation a lot of other people have been scammed as well. My advice is avoid them or be prepared to lose money

I never recieved my package and they are impossible to reach. I would never order from here again and do not recommend to anyone. Terrible over should be taken down.

Ordered one of their products to paint in 5 weeks ago. Still nothing and they won’t answer my emails, such a scam. Don’t bother buying from here, not sure if I’ll get my money back. They don’t send any other emails regarding your order after purchase. I do not advise anyone to buy from here.

Ordered a custom paint by number with them after seeing advert on instagram. Then looked at the reviews here and was very sceptical that I would receive my order. Didn’t hear anything for a few weeks and they decided to write it off that I wouldn’t receive my goods but it arrived today and was exactly what I ordered.

If I could choose zero stars, I would. I intended to order a one time custom product after my daughter’s wedding. They said I signed up for a subscription. I emailed within minutes of ordering to clarify. I have called and left several messages. No response at all. I’m going to tell my credit card company not to pay them.

Sent it to another state and I never wrote that address to begin with. I think this is a scam

Ordered a Christmas gift a while back and it is still in the process of shipping supposedly. The paintlyshop chat bot routed me to a tracking site where I have to provide my cc and pay $5 in order to see my tracking info. There is only a chatbot on their website, they emailed back once but never again after multiple requests, and their phone number is out of service. Do not use!

I have paid £37 for a paint by numbers. The tracking number is not linked to a parcel. I have waited weeks. Put through to a chat bot then I found their company through paintlyshop.com. Again no reply.
DO NOT USE. THEY TAKE MONEY AND DO NOT SEND THE GOODS. THIS IS A SCAM.

I would leave zero stars if I could but that's not possible. I ordered these by mistake and emailed as well as used their chat bot not 5 minutes later to cancel the order, tried to contact them ALL DAY, and NEVER heard back. I still haven't, I don't have my stuff, and I'm working in disputing the charge. This place is a joke, the customer service is terrible, non existent in fact, and they don't even deserve to be a company.

Ordered 2 custom prints at 15:48 on the aforementioned date but cancelled the order an hour later 16:48. Website clearly states to inform them straight away if cancelling an order.

The order was processed the following morning 06:46 22/11/24 and after I reached out I finally received an email from them on the 25/11/24 telling me a refund was not possible due to the time elapsed between placing the order and cancelling. Additionally I was sent screenshots in another email showing conflicting times and claiming that I did not request a cancellation until 00:48 22/11/24. This is completely false as I have the evidence and subsequently sent them screenshots from my emails.

I have been back and forth ever since, sent numerous screenshots and evidence including their own refund policy. This states that if you are unhappy then you can send goods back for a full refund. I have been told that contrary to this no refund will be possible.

Since then they have stopped communicating via. Email and reverted all communication to their chat or on the website.

I have not received any refund or the goods I paid for.

I wish I’d read up on this sham before parting with my money. Believe me when I tell you the service is non existent and communications delayed and contradictory to the policies advertised.

Avoid.

They are a scam , I downloaded the qr scan, after they SHOP told me they were ready to send my purchase, so next I checked my email, sure enough, Paintly Shop stated they sent it and it was in transit, so I waited near on 2 weeks for it , still nothing so I qr scanned my track scan as there was NO actual tracking number, it claimed my parcel had been delivered 2 days ago, BULL S what waist of time and money I lost $63.oo. and I tried to email them , but kept coming back as Mailer Damon failure, so be aware shoppers, I have tried the support email 2 to times to paintly still NO response, its time for all us that have been exposed to this fraud to stand up, contact you local Authorities, even go through Consumers affairs, for in Australia , Try ACCC, if no luck there I would be contacting the AFP, that's Federal Police scam division to deal with this company.....
