Brett & Justin were both amazing! CCTV course at Pagoda King & Queen pub.
Passed ( luckily) they were both so friendly approachable and helpful.
I cannot fault them both.
My only criticism would be that the rooms used need to be a bit more private as you have other courses going for breaks and to the loo which breaks up concentration.

Thank you to Pagoda for being great hosts too, I got talking to a couple of the lads and they are very hard working!

I would highly advise the door supervisor course and CCTV Operators course!

It was a fab course. Instructor Justin was a pro. He gave us all the tips and tricks of the trade and my skills in P.I. feel much more up-to-date. Great day, both professional but also a good laugh. Thank you Pagoda.

Justin (AKA Jason!) our trainer transformed what is ultimately a serious and significant course into an interesting, informative experience injected with appropriate humour which built an immediate rapport between trainer and attendees and encouraged interaction and participation throughout. Justin was friendly, approachable and supportive, thoroughly explaining and exploring all aspects of the course and drawing from his personal experience to highlight relevance, Justin’s training style was inclusive and highly successful with all candidates on my course passing. It’s an intense course, with multiple learning requirements but ultimately made achievable from the high standard of information knowledge and style of delivery. Thanks also to Lee for his time, information sharing and support. A professional, efficiently run organisation that takes their responsibilities very seriously to delivery first class courses and clearly cares about their course attendees. Would highly recommend. Brett at Pagoda was great. He went through all processes throughly and explained in depth.

Pagoda Security have a Fantastic Training Team /Facilities,Justin the Trainer was absolutely brilliant, He took time to go through the SIA and First aid Course.

Great training resources.. was sent here for renewing my Door Supervisor License. Very comprehensive and knowledgeable staff conducting the training. Justin and Brett were amusing and engaging. Would recommend to anyone looking to join the security industry.
