I’ve just completed a 1 day first aid top up and a 2 day door supervisor top up and the whole experience was great. Justin was extremely helpful in answering all our questions and clarifying when we were in doubt. I fully recommend them for any Door Supervisor training.

I found the training experience very good. The trainer, Justin was very experienced and this showed. The training was done at a pace that suited the whole class.

The last six days of the door supervisor course have been expertly taught. The tutors were patient and knowledgeable, as well as accommodating and supportive, and the training material was helpful. I had a pleasant experience on site and felt like the environment was a welcoming one from all the Pagoda staff.

A massive thank you to Brett and Justin who really taught us how to be professional, and all the responsibility we need to have for this job.

Well .. the tutor Justin explained everything well , I was very nervous about the exam but he calmed us all and gave us the confidence we needed and I got a really good successful pass rate plus I had a good experience and good banter.

Just finished my SIA top up with this training company and give them 10/10 Justin and Bret are great course lecturers and big respect for them both helped me with my anxieties of exams .
Definitely accompany and a Security group that I will recommend to many people not just for SIA training.

Just completed my top up DS course with teachers Justin and Bret who made the whole course enjoyable and was second to none. The venue itself i cannot fault. You are provided with a lunch to choose from which caters for most and endless hot/cold drink and biscuits. The whole experience was very relaxed and very professional. Thank you Pagoda!
