Same as other reviews, ordered a hardback book and they sent a ebook, I asked for a refund but they said that they couldn't. Con artists.

Exactly the same experience as other reviewers… purchased what was clearly stated as a hardback book ( no mention of digital anywhere) and only realised when I chased it up that in the confirmation email they sent a download link instead. Am furious as normally I check Trustpilot before using any company I don’t know to purchase things but didn’t on this occasion. Avoid like the plague!!

Not a bookshop… terrible service
I bought a book that was clearly labelled a hardcover on the website and when I chased it up as I’d not received it two weeks later, was informed that I had purchased an ebook. There are two options - hardcover and digital. I chose hardcover. They are now refusing to engage with my emails. Avoid. Total scam.

Scam book website! As with the other 2 reviews here, I clearly ordered a hardback copy of a book and was sent a link for an ebook. The company refuse to acknowledge this. Furthermore, the link provided does not work.
Total scam website and I'll be reporting to trading standards.

If I could give zero stars I would
**EDIT I contacted my bank and sent a copy of this reviews page. They have done a chargeback for me.**
If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased what was clearly advertised as a hardback book but have received an ebook. Shameful practice and an obvious scam. Avoid at all costs. I will be happy to update this review if I get a refund.

Beware these are ebooks not hardbacks as advertised
Beware. I ordered a hardback book and got an ebook. They refused to refund as they have a policy, understandably, with ebooks. They also said they did not stock the book itself, so why is it listed for sale as a hardback? Feel conned.
