I purchased a dress from Luna & Grace for almost $100 AUD. The dress was advertised as premium, lightweight, breathable material. The dress displayed online shows a gorgeous burgundy maxi dress, also clearly showing the inner material because of the style, which depicted the same burgundy colour. The dress I received, felt like a plastic tarp, with stark white inner material, which was very visible when I tried it on. It was polyester and not premium in any sense.

I wouldn’t waste your time trying to get them to cover the return shipping. You have to ship back to China at your own expense. I sent countless emails, with basically the same response each time. I’d suggest clearly outlining your concerns and request a refund, including prepaid shipping via email. If your request is not met, I suggest going straight to your bank and disputing it. If like in my circumstance, there is strong evidence of it breaching consumer law.

Unfortunately it appears they intentionally make it very difficult for consumers to bother doing anything about it. I suggest you do though, as they will continue to do this and get away with it.

Terrible fabric , very flimsy and cheap. The clothing is not at all what is advertised. So disappointing and since I was responsible for my own return it went in the rag bag. Clothing actually came from China but it’s not advertised that way. Stay away and don’t waste your money.

Please don't order from this company. They display beautiful designs on their website but shipped something way different when order is placed. Their beautifu designs are a baiting to draw people to their websites. They identify theselves as a company located in Netherlands but when order is place you see shipping coming from China. You are responsible for return. stay away
