Padel Services looks after the phones, lines, broadband, mobiles and IT that UK businesses run on, from our base in Basildon, Essex. We start by understanding how your business works and where your current setup is letting you down: missed calls, slow internet, a bill that doesn't match what you signed. Then we recommend the setup that improves how you work and how you serve your own customers. We plan and build every system in our own workshop before we arrive, so you switch with no downtime and no disruption. Our engineers install it, train your team and leave the office as they found it. From then on, one team looks after you. We monitor the lines we look after, so we usually know about a problem before you call, and when you ring us, a person answers. You get one bill, built from the order you signed. Tied into a contract? We can often release you from it using funding and subsidies we have access to (subject to application), so you don't have to wait. Phone systems, business broadband, mobiles, Microsoft Teams calling, call recording and IT support: one company, one point of contact.

We urgently required multiple call recordings due to a dispute with one of our customers, and Aaron Johnson at Padel Services was incredibly helpful. He managed to get everything sorted for us within minutes of our initial call, which was exactly what we needed given the urgency of the situation.
The service was extremely fast, professional, and reliable from start to finish. It’s reassuring to know you can contact a company when something time-sensitive comes up and have it dealt with so efficiently.

When our existing provider were found to be over billing us, Pas and his team were the first call we made to help. The transition was almost smooth sailing (the existing provider did not make it easy), however Padel held our hand through every step and provided clear instructions.
Their friendly service throughout is second to none and we hope this will be a long standing relationship.

Highly recommend - Great Installation and Ongoing Support
Switched over to Padel from existing supplier and the installation was completed on time and the technician was professional, Friendly and explained everything clearly. The service has been reliable with excellent network performance and Fast Internet Speeds. The Aftercare Support has also been impressive with responsive customer service engineers who are easy to get in contact with and provide clear concise solutions to any and all issues. The combinations of smooth installation, dependable service and Excellent Aftercare makes this a company i would happily recommend.

Quality system and service as promised
Looked at many options before choosing Padel Services, had an on site demo from Dan which streamlined our requirements and highlighted the issues we had been experiencing with our precious supplier.
Our install was floorless and the training and back up from Aaron and the team has exceeded our expectations.
