Я купил покрышки не того размера и сделал возврат. Так они сняли 99€ - да Карл 99€!!! за возврат, когда покупка в общей сумме была около 400€.Я потерял 100€. Лучше бы я продал сам на вторичке. Я в отчаянии.... И решил лучше купить дороже у местного дилера и быть спокойным с возвратом

The first tyre came on time, everything was okay, but the second one… I dont know who send it, but they forgot to write my phone number, my adress, and i had to wait for this tyre 10 days…

We’re sorry for this delivery issue. Orders can sometimes be split into separate parcels for transport reasons, but the missing contact details and the 10-day delay are clearly not the experience we want for our customers.

Drop-shippers scammers - avoid!
Drop-shippers - avoid at all cost!
Don’t waste your money and time with these scammers look at all the bad reviews!
They sell stock they don't have - weeks later still no tires received. When contacted they just have AI bots spitting out the blurb at you so you don’t even have a chance of finding out whats happening with your shipment.
Be aware they create DPD label after you buy anything from them but they don’t have any stock they place order in China and then that is travelling on a back of a donkey if you lucky.
Seriously read the reviews.

Delivery delays can unfortunately occur depending on transport conditions and logistics constraints, but this is clearly not the experience we want for our customers. If you have not yet opened a ticket with our service after-sales, please do so via your customer account or contact form so that an agent can check the exact status of your order and shipment. If a ticket is already open, your case will be prioritized internally for a faster review.
You should normally have a tracking number for your order, and our team can investigate any abnormal delay or missing delivery with the carrier. Your feedback is taken seriously and helps us improve our service.

I ordered motorcycle tyre in 2026 april 10th, got the order confirmation and shipment tracking number, but there's no any real information about when shipment should arrive and no normal information what's happening with the shipment. One month already passed, no shipment no refund no support comunication. Support only replys "shipment is on the way"
