Only complaint is delivery

Only complaint is delivery. One order of 4 tyres were delivered in 3 parcels and took longer then expected at first.

Orders may be split into several parcels due to transport constraints in order to ensure the best possible delivery, and delivery times can vary depending on transport conditions, public holidays, strikes or other unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern about the tire’s production date. The DOT marking gives the exact week and year, so our after-sales service should verify it. If the DOT is more than 36 months, this should be indicated on the product page; if it was not specified, we will review the matter and the appropriate solution. If the DOT is under 36 months, it is not indicated on the site, in line with German regulations, as a correctly stored tire can be kept for up to 10 years without loss of quality. Please open a ticket with our after-sales service so we can check your case.

Turėjau abejonių, tačiau viskas gerai

Turint omeny, jog įmonė - tarptautinė ir su įvairiais atsiliepimais, buvau skeptiškas, ar viskas praeis sklandžiai, tačiau viskas būtent taip ir praėjo.
Pirktos padangos buvo šių metų gamybos, pristatymas netruko ilgai (panašiai kaip vietos prekeivių), o kaina buvo geriausia (po 93€/vnt., kai konkurentai pigiausiai pasiūlė 105€/vnt.).

I do not recommend

I bought 4 tires, they delivered 3 pcs. and didn't inform me that there would be two parcels, so I returned the tires because I didn't need three tires. Four days later another tire arrived - I had to return it. I asked when they would refund the money for the tires. The woman from the administration answered quickly - that it was not my fault and all the money would be refunded. But then another woman, Natalija, changed and the correspondence began. She wrote stupid letters for a whole month, saying that everything had already been refunded to me, although a quarter of the money was still missing. And only out of spite did she give the remaining debt. I don't wish such an experience on anyone, think about whether it is worth buying from them!
