***SCAM*** Absolutely horrendous company. Slipped in extra items, promised to refund it, stopped replying to my emails, I emailed several times to make sure I wasn't subscribed, was assured I was not, now I have been charged again, emailed them and demanded it be cancelled and refunded, was assured that had been done, then got an email telling me it has shipped so wasn't cancelled.
This company is absolutely disgusting! SCAM

They are liars, and taking money. And I will not care for membership. And I didn’t even know it was know it was description. But I have to stop payments myself.

Say it’s on its way and it never arrives and then takes more money for an additional order but never signed up

Absolutely useless doesn’t work and could they please take me off any subscription? They seem to put you on every month. They keep sending it to me and I did not order this. I ordered one package and so far. I’ve just received package number four that I did not sign up for so be very careful with this company how do we stop?

Scam lying bastards who won't cancel subscriptions and refused ro comply with the law regarding cancellation and refund. Am having to go through the bank to stop payments as they refused to cancel subscription. Also, the crap doesn't do anything either.

I got my 1st 3 month parcel. Started using no difference in 3 weeks. Then I got an email my next 3 month supply was being dispatched and to my shock they had taken money off my credit card almost £100 I immediately contacted them to stop the 2nd order and cancel an subscription that I hadn't agreed to in the 1st place. Got a reply they will deal with my enquiry 15 emails later still awaiting a return label to send goods back for a refund... low and behold again anyone email your next parcel is coming and another payment taken from my card.. for nearly £50 this time. Again another frustrated email to them to cancel said 3rd parcel.. ive now contacted my bank to report their fraud and block anymore payments... this company is an absolute JOKE AND A SCAM DONT FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP I DID

This company is the biggest scam just takes your money every month fora subscription you never ordered i had to close my bank acct and get new one due to this company....total SCAM

They charged me more than I ordered and it's fraud cause they said they would give me a refund and they never did and I try cancelling the subscription and they won't do it

Worst company ever will not help with any concerns or will ignore you. Takes money when you never signed up for a subscription.

This company will ignore all requests to stop the subscription. I have written 7 times making this request, only to receive a polite response that it is being dealt with, which it is not, as they continue to send out orders I do not want. I had to go straight to my card company. Do not waste your money and get caught up in the trap and going round in circles.

The merchandise is wonderful. It works well. I have been taken in for about a week now and I can feel a difference.

Initial scam subscription kind of solved with 30% refund. Continued to try and take money from account, card company cancelled my card and have submitted it as fraud. I did email them again but this time I had no reply, just further attempts made to take more money.

Absolute joke of a company I’m being charged monthly for some I don’t even use and I have tried for the last 3 months to cancel they keep saying yes they have but keep getting charged and because I paid on Klarna they apparently can’t cancel it the place is a SCAM

This company deceive me.i asked them stop my subscription and send me a refund and I'm still waiting for the money. I will not recommend this product to anyone

This company is highly misleading and I would not recommend buying from them - I bought what I thought was a one off bundle and then have entered in to subcription without my approval they have sent me sane bundles and charged me 3x more months I am disputing the payments with my bank and now they are increasing the amount taken - I do not want this subscription I was not aware I had entered into a subscription and need to report them as highly misleading and fraudulent, please beware

The worst product, and they are a scam, they add you to an automatic subscription service without your permission. And when they say it’s all been cancelled it’s a lie they still charge you the next month. Don’t ever buy from these scammers.

Scam I wanted to purchase one thing and when I hit the checkout buttons to go to a screen like any other site it just kept purchasing stuff and they didn't do anything but give me 20% off then I got hit with a subscription that I didn't sign up for that was 177 Canadian I had contacted them and they said best they could do was 70% off i said ok it's now been 15 business days and nothing was waiting to get the refund to change bank cards so they can't take money from me but based on these comments not looking like it's gonna happen

Absolute scam - do not purchase from them.

I received my first order along with 3 other items I never ordered. They offered me a partial refund that I accepted. However never received it. They also confirmed I had no subscriptions with them. However, they kept taking money for new orders that I never placed. I flagged them as fraudulent with my bank and had to block their access to my card.
