Disappointing Experience – Hidden Conditions and Old Tyres
Disappointing experience. It was not clear at first that the tyres were being shipped from Belgium. Delivery was advertised as 3–4 days, but in reality it took around 10 days.
The manufacturing date is also not shown before purchase. I received tyres manufactured in 2023, meaning they were already around 3 years old.
Returns are expensive: although it is one order, each tyre is treated as a separate shipment, with a return fee of around €30 per tyre.
Too many important conditions only become apparent after reading the fine print. I would not buy from this store again.

Delivery times can occasionally be longer than announced due to transport constraints or unforeseen disruptions. Regarding the DOT, tyres under 36 months are generally not specifically indicated on the site. If this information should probably have been displayed and was not, our service after-sales can verify it based on your order.
Return costs can seem high because each tyre is handled as a separate parcel, and the fees include the initial shipment, the return transport, and storage costs.
If you have not already done so, please open a ticket with our service after-sales via your customer account so an agent can review your order details and the information available before purchase. Your feedback on the clarity of these conditions is valuable and will be used to improve our service.

I ordered a tire. Two weeks later, they said they would not deliver. I wrote dozens of letters. The answers are demagoguery and bullying. After three months, when I announced that I would take legal measures, the money was returned. Whether to buy from them - decide for yourself.
