We had a wonderful time in Boston! It was the perfect combination of planned activities and free time. I loved not having to do a lot of planning.

We had such a great time on our Pack Up +Go trip to Austin. The list of things to do provided was our go to each day. We especially enjoyed the Secret Food Tour and our tour guide, Molly, was so knowledgable and fun to spend the afternoon with. Lillian from Pack Up + Go was so helpful when our flight was cancelled. She made the rescheduling with the airline and hotel a breeze. Thank you, thank you for a great girls trip

we are normally the beach/coastal goers so this was a outside the norm for us BUT we had a blast. We also were able to hit up a "beach" off lake Michigan! This was to celebrate as a "mini-moon" after our wedding, at check out the hotel asked if we received our champagne and chocolate package at check in which we did not so they adjusted. Chicago was great and everything was planned out perfectly. Dinners were perfect and boat tour was awesome.

I recently went on a trip with Pack Up + Go, and it was truly one of the most exciting and seamless travel experiences I’ve had! The surprise destination/activities concept added a layer of anticipation and fun that made the whole journey feel like an adventure from the very start.

From the moment we received the pre-trip packet, everything was thoughtfully planned. I appreciated the packing suggestions, weather info and recommendations that we truly utilized.

Chicago was perfect, great food and unique experiences. The hotel was centrally located, clean and comfortable, and the itinerary suggestions helped us make the most of our time without feeling overscheduled. The activities were exactly tailored to our likes and we couldn't have planned them any better!

If you’re someone who enjoys spontaneity but also wants the confidence of a professionally curated trip, Pack Up + Go is the way to go. I’m already thinking about doing another trip soon!

I have been on 2 Pack up and Go trips. Both exceeded my expectations. I love the excitement leading up to the trip. My trip was thoughtfully planned, the accommodations were top tier. Looking forward to my next trip.

The trip was amazing! We went to Chicago and had a great time. I love that the activities and reservations for dinner were planned for us. It made the trip stress free.

We booked a short road trip and everything was perfect! The town they chose for us to travel to, the accommodations, the planned activity and the dinner spot were all great and met our preferences. The added info you get (additional activities, restaurants, etc.) were spot on and helped us choose when we didn't have something planned. It was so fun not to know where we were going until the day of departure! Amd then knowing support was just a phone call away if something went awry, was so helpful. (Nothing did and we didn't need to call.)

This is my second Pack Up & Go trip. I am very impressed and pleased with my experience. I like that the survey you fill out is their guideline and they truly take into account your answers. Communication is excellent via emails or you can reach them 24/7 if you have issues. The hotel was in a perfect location for our planned activities. The information packet and accompanying email is nicely detailed and overflowing with great options for food and activities. Fill out the survey and relax - your trip is in good hands.

Our time in Chattanooga was amazing! Most of all, I loved the thrill of the buildup to finding out where we were going a half hour before we left. I kept my Facebook friends on the edge of their seat and went live with the reveal. A couple people guessed Chattanooga based on distance (we had been asked if we'd drive 6.5 hours and I said yes).
Hotel was beautiful and close to all activities. Dinner reservations were good choices but highly recommend Scotties on the River. I think it was on the list of recommendations. We canceled our third reservation and ate at Scotties instead. Great venue and food was amazing. Our prepaid guided Chattabrunch food tour and Lookout Mountain Rock City tour were both really fun and informative.
My one and only downside was I'd rather stay in a less expensive hotel and have you spend more of the budget on activities. I think I selected "no preference" on accommodations but knowing NOW how much extra money we had to spend, I'll specify that next time. Hotel Indigo was absolutely a special treat for us, but we spent SO much extra money to do things. We even found a Vince Gill concert to go to at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Auditorium near our hotel.

We loved going through the 3 pages of recommendations! Great ideas. Oh, add Coker Museum (Mr. Coker has a huge collection of old cars that was fun to look at) and Clumpies Ice Cream (delicious). We did both of those based on recommendations from friends after I posted where we were going on Facebook. We stopped at Buc-ee's in Smiths Grove, KY on the way home as our pit stop. Had never been to one but absolutely loved it! Use Buc-ee's as a pit stop when you can. And there is a Corvette Museum near Smiths Grove in Bowling Green, KY that we drove past. We didn't stop but I want to go back. Just some more ideas for you.

This was the BEST trip!!!

This is our 5th time using pack up and go and are never disappointed. We chose a you pick vacation and went to Charlottesville. The hotel was in the heart of the city and we were given reservations to great restaurants and fun activities. Our only complaint was that we didn't stay longer.

It was a great concept; my husband and I love being spontaneous and trying new things. We chose to book a trip for our 10-year wedding anniversary. There is a question that asks other places you have lived and traveled but we did not add all the places in Ohio because we live here. We expected to travel out of state since we stated we wanted to try something new and were willing to drive up to 10 hours. We were sent to our home state just two hours away from our house. We did love the stay because they sent us to Hocking Hills, Ohio and we love it there, but we had no idea we should specify we wanted to leave our state. We were up really early because our email told us to leave between 8-9am to make the most of our trip. This made me feel like maybe it would be a 4-6 hour drive so we wanted to leave earlier to explore more. We then found it disappointing that our "pit stop" was an hour out of the way (also somewhere we are familiar with) so we just skipped that. We ended up staying at a resort that offered anniversary packages and couples massages but none of that was booked for our room (the trip was an anniversary trip). I found it disappointing that the planning team did not communicate with us and ask if we were willing to increase our budget. We cancelled the kayaking trip they planned and paid for us because we told them specifically that we love doing that but wanted to try something new (we assumed it was just for them to get to know us). We then booked couples massages and were thankfully able to get them last minute. There was also a fishing pond on property, but we were not told to bring any fishing gear. We specifically made sure to state we loved being outdoors. I don't blame them. It is what it is, but I wouldn't recommend honestly. If you do decide to use them, be sure to be very specific on what you want! The thought of it was so fun but the wow factor ended up being a letdown.

I really loved this concept. The hotel was great, great location, clean and nice amenities. The restaurants you all picked were amazing. One of our activities was a train ride that we loved. We provided a very healthy budget and feel like that was used appropriately. We when usually travel we typically spend a lot of time reviewing restaurants and making reservations, so removing that stress was great! While we did not experience this, I could see since you don't get your plans until last minute, some things you may want to do could already be booked.

We did a pack up and go about a year and a half ago to Seattle and absolutely loved it! We felt as though everything was well planned, and fit in our budget. This trip seemed to have missed the mark. Over a third of our budget was spent on airline flights and upgrading us And all of the restaurant reservations were $40-$50 a plate which we had to pay. I was hoping for more thought into our trip, but it seemed as though it was put together by how can we spend the most money in the least amount of plans.

We booked this trip for Memorial Day weekend. For some reason, we had a suspicion of where we were going. May the shortness of the trip, our time zone, budget...who knows. None the less, the anticipation of not knowing was very exciting. Here is our honest review:

Once we booked it and received our receipt, the excitement began. We realized we had not received the weather itinerary as explained and began to worry a little; however, we were still receiving regular promotional emails. After contacting them to ensure everything was legit, we were met with exceptional customer service in an attempt to resolve the issues. Ultimately it resulted from a typo on my email address when they sent the weather report. That was quickly resolved. I was truly impressed with the customer service. Making this really a non-issue, just a shout out to truly kind, professional, and responsive customer service.

The big day came and while not totally surprised, we were ecstatic! I took the envelope to work and just let it sit around explaining to co-workers the process and they were excited and intrigued, but I never opened it, so we were all curious!

When we finally opened it, not gonna lie, we opened it the night before. The fact my husband was ok with me booking a trip like this and him not opening it sooner was a miracle. He is not one for surprises or the unknown. That itself was worth it!

We got to the airport and couldn't have been happier with our seats, airline, or destination. Travels were easy and we took advantage of local transit system which was exciting for me because I've never used more than Uber (more on that).

We finally arrived at our hotel which was walkable to everything! Our room was so amazing and spacious with a modern boutique vibe. We loved it. The only thing I wish there would have been was a refrigerator (more on that). We spent the end of the day having a couple of drinks at the bar people watching and relaxing.

There were a couple of preplanned activities which we would have done no matter what, but I was glad that was already in the packet. One activity I wasn't so keen on was a food tour. We aren't into group tours, but it was already covered so why not...What and awesome experience! The foods we tried, the history we learned, and the energy of our guide was great. That changed my opinion for sure.

And this is why I wish we had had a refrigerator. So many foods that we wanted to get, but nowhere to store them.

We had a voucher and reservations for a dinner place. To be honest, this was our least favorite. This was the only time we had to use the Uber credit we received in our package. The location was not anything special, no views, only a couple of patrons, the food was just not good, and service was nothing to talk about. But, it was an experience.

Back in the main area we chose to take a sunset cruise which was amazing, went to an aquarium, had tons of amazing food, and strolled around enjoying all the people, sites, and impeccable weather.

We are particular about travel and sleeping accommodations, so we made sure to mention that in our profile and they nailed it...setting the mood for the entire trip.

If you're wondering if it was worth it; ABSOLUTELY!
The experience was amazing and worth telling everyone about afterwards. Just Book It!!

We plan on doing it again in the near future.

I cannot begin to express how incredible my Pack Up + Go experience was. I went in feeling a little uncertain despite all the reviews; people can pay for reviews after all, who knows what is true on the Internet! But I was absolutely blown away. I was one of the individuals who did wait until I got to the airport to open my envelope, and they NAILED it. Based on my main interests (I even told them I like horror/haunted things and they squeezed that in!), my schedule they gave was amazing. The hotel I stayed in was right in the middle of the action and made me feel safe and secure. I was so impressed by the amount of information and referrals I was given. And when my flight got delayed, I was reached out to immediately and booked for another flight based on my needs. I hope to do one of these trips annually at this point!

This was the best vacation experience we have ever had! We hate the stress of vacation planning so much that we almost decided not to go anywhere this summer. After a TikTok video about Pack Up and Go, I thought that would be such a fun way to plan vacation. After researching and pitching the idea to my husband, we were all in! We loved our experience so much that we will absolutely book another trip this way. We had no decisions to make about where to go, where to eat, and what to do. It was such a relaxing trip!

This was an amazing trip. This is the third time I've used pack up & go and they didn't disappoint. They always pick activities I love and I feel that we are getting the best places in the city. This saves me so much time sorting through reviews and deciding where to go. Definitely getting the most bang for my buck! Thank you!!
