The bonus policy is terrible. You pretty much have no chance of winning enough to ever cash out. It ties up your deposit money. Read the fine print, not worth it at all!

update 04/08- after 2 months of making me wait to access my account and money they finally unlocked it and I have received my first payout. The delay was ridiculous but at least they eventually paid. I will continue to update if this changes.

I have been using Bodog for over 5 years. They recently changed to Ozoon. I would deposit $50-$100 every couple of nights and bet different hockey and baseball bets for fun while I watched the games. I enjoyed the site and I assume they enjoyed my business as I probably lost over 30 grand over the years.

This past year I decided to take it more seriously and put a lot more work into it. With a mix of hard work and luck I was able to finally start winning. I went on an amazing run and won over 120k! I was so excited because finally I was able to make some good money sports betting. I had such a great sense of accomplishment with the fact that my hard work and perseverance paid off.

One day I went to log in and received a message that my account was locked and to contact support. Obviously I was worried and got in touch with them right away. They told me not to worry this is a standard account review and it will take 2-3 days. They asked me to send in my id which I did.

This was almost two months ago! I have contacted them a multitude of times and every time they say it's still under review please be patient. THEY TOLD ME 2-3 DAYS ITS BEEN ALMOST TWO MONTHS!!

I guess a loyal customer for 5 years that has lost over 30 grand is treated well until they actually win money. At that point they lock your account, provide no detail and likely will steal it your funds.

I am hoping they will actually get back to me eventually. If not I guess I will have to price our a lawyer and see if they think there is anything to do about it and what that would cost.

I will update this review if they ever get back to me but as of now I have to assume if you bet on this site they will steal your money if you win big.

The odds will change after placing and they will blame it on us.

Bunch of scammers; Wrongfully seized $2000 and said "nothing they can do.

Different name, they claim improvement but the same stuff and glitches exist. Customer service may have gotten worse. No forum exists where you can get in touch with a moderator. No appreciation for long term players. Bonuses have gotten worse and they've gone cheap.

I played on the older Bodog site for around 8 years, mostly sports and poker... the new site is a much needed improvement.
It was a little scary during the change when I couldn't withdraw funds but after a day all the hiccups were ironed out

DO NOT DEPOSIT. Support will purposely fabricate verification hurdles—for example, claiming your phone number doesn't match their records—to demand excessive documentation that no reasonable person would provide. When confronted, they refuse to answer; if you ask to escalate the issue to a supervisor, they simply lock your account to cut off all contact. These are fraudulent business practices. Avoid them at all costs. They rebranded for a reason: people were finally catching on to their scam.
