Unfair Site!!
Over the past four months, I have consistently tracked my gameplay results on Bovada and have experienced significantly lower returns than expected based on typical RTP ranges. On average, at least three times per week, my sessions result in minimal or no recovery—often less than 20% of my total deposits.
In addition to the low returns, I’ve noticed repeated outcome patterns that raise concerns about the effectiveness or fairness of the RNG system. While I understand variance is part of gambling, the consistency of these results over an extended period feels statistically abnormal
A major concern is the lack of transparent oversight. Unlike regulated markets, there does not appear to be an independent authority to review or audit these outcomes, leaving players with limited recourse when issues arise.
I am requesting greater transparency regarding:
* How RNG systems are tested and audited
* Verified RTP data over time
* Any third-party certifications ensuring fairness
Without this level of accountability, it becomes difficult for players to trust the platform’s integrity.

Bovada will steal your money
I decided to give Bovada a try and placed a bet that Chase Delauter will get under 1.5 total bases on 4/16 orioles vs guardians game. Delauter did not get any hits which means I am supposed to win the bet but Bovada marked it as a LOSS. So I contact customer service and Beltran, told me it was graded correctly but after i explained further, they acknowledged my bet was misgraded and was supposed to be a win.
They have yet to fix my bet and the fact that a sportsbook can make mistakes like this is crazy. As a token of their mistake, they offered to give me $21 bonus but when I asked if there is a rollover, they said 5x. The audacity of this sportsbook is crazy.
DO NOT USE BOVADA. THEY WILL LABEL YOUR WIN BETS AS LOSSES AND TAKE YOUR MONEY

Bovada is one of the biggest scam live dealer sites I’ve ever used. The frequency in which the dealer has a Blackjack or high cards is extremely suspicious. Also they restrict you from saying anything they deem as rude to the dealer better to keep your money in your wallet.
Edit: these guys are liars please don’t allow there fancy words to make you think this site is legit. When I say I’ve had a dealer get 18 to 21 every single hand I’m not exaggerating at all. These guys are professional scammers. No way the dealer just wins every hand or has a high card every hand again please save your money.

I hired an investigator to look into the charges that my bank denied and they directly tied to employees of Bovada. This happened in January but just now confirmed who it was. A complete and total scam company that has already been told they can’t operate in the United States for being unregulated
