Slots.lv is an offshore casino that operates with zero accountability. Being outside the reach of real regulation, they can run their games however they want and they do. There’s no independent oversight, no random audits, and no real transparency. The Curacao Gaming Authority (you know, the ones responsible for overseeing the casino making sure they’re operating properly) says this on their website:
“We would like to clarify that the CGA does not handle individual complaints against gaming providers. Resolving disputes between players and gaming operators is not within our mandate. As such, we do not have the authority to mediate or arbitrate in these matters. The CGA is not a civil court and cannot order gaming operators to compensate players or issue judgments. Therefore, we encourage players to seek resolution directly with the gaming providers and to contact the appropriate legal channels if necessary”.
They claim to use a Random Number Generator, but anyone who has played long enough can see the outcomes are anything but random. Slots.lv tracks player deposits, withdrawals, and betting patterns, then tweaks results to maximize their profits. These games are not random, every spin, deal, or roll is stacked in the casino’s favor.
This has been going on for years without any penalties, simply because they operate offshore. Worse, they flood reviews with copy and paste responses designed to twist the blame onto the player. Their standard excuse is always the same: “We use a certified RNG” followed by “contact customer support.” It’s a script to dodge accountability, not an answer.

It took me awhile to write this review because I was hoping that things would change for the better and that I could actually write a good review for once! However things are worse than ever! First I’ve invested way more time and money in to slots lv than I ever should have! I continuously lose money and get NOTHING back! For instance I got on chat requesting a free cash bonus after countless losses of 50.00 dollars and 35.00 dollar deposits for months now and the chat rep immediately told me there’s no free bonus available then went right in to their script and said I can check for other promotions and maybe get one in the future and thanks for my understanding! They never verified me by my birthdate or pin and shut me down rather quickly and that’s when I knew without a doubt that my account wasn’t even checked. When I called the rep out on it they responded with oh their sorry they just didn’t want to leave me on hold too long! What a bunch of bullshit! Then I get an message on my account prior to getting in chat days and days ago that I received 10,000 reward points for my three day streak and that I’ll continue to get reward points for more days of my streak as long as I keep depositing! So I played the 10,000 reward points and of course DIDN'T WIN anything as usual.First problem with that is I never even opted in for that promotion and 10,000 reward points is a joke because it only equals out to 10.00 dollars which is NOTHING AFTER LOSING OVER 1000 dollars! Then after not receiving any more reward points for more days of depositing for the streak as promised I realized that the 10,000 reward points for the streak and the promise of getting more reward points was just a way to get me to keep depositing so they can keep robbing me as usual! And let me add while dealing with all of this I continuously get just 2.50 on my scratch cards! It’s just a big scam at this point! Everything rigged! I was going to just close my account but figured I might as well close it after I play the scratch cards that I have left which won’t give me anything anyway! Then after that that I’m done with slots lv for good! I should have listened to the reviews on here and closed my account a long time ago! Date of experience is one of many!

Terrible customer service, and they have a crappy system. Their system went down on 2/3 the same day I made a deposit. It’s now 2/13, and nothing. My money is important to me and when I choose to play it online, I want to know that I’m not getting hacked around, or even worse, robbed by them.
