Fraud alert!

Ok. The same happened to me that happened to everyone here. I ordered something for $25 and they have hidden fees.
Obviously they are fraud and they are not going to refund the money back. THEY WILL NOT. so best way is call your bank asap. They have the authority to reverse the charges and will save other canadians from such fraud as well since it will raise alarm on any purchase anyone else is doing from the company. Help others. Reach out to your banks. They might help much more than this website ever will.

Got tons of emails urging me to buy

Got tons of emails urging me to buy. They offered me free shipping but then charged me $25 for shipping. Asked them immediately to cancel order. Sent many emails requesting cancelation of order over the next few days. Finally, 6 days later they responded saying it was too late to cancel. Now have to go thru whole return process. Do not recommend.

CHARGED TWICE FOR THE SAME PRODUCT BUT CANNOT GET MONEY BACK…

I ORDERED SOME INSECT RELLENT AND GOT CHARGED WAY MORE THAN THE AD SAID. THEN 5 DAYS LATER I GOT CHARGED AGAIN FOR THE SAME PRODUCT BUT EVEN MORE MONEY. I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT ONLY ONCE IN ABOUT 5 WEEKS. I HAVE WRITTEN AND CALLED THE COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES TO GET MY MONEY BACK FOR $55.98 THE 2ND ERRONEOUS CHARGE. I HAVE WRITTEN TO THEM 3 TIMES AND SENT THEM THE DATES AND INFO ABOUT THE CHARGES, BUT THEY IGNORE MY REQUESTS. THWN YOU CALL IT TELL YOU TO EMAIL. WHEN YOU EMAIL YOU GET A STUPID REPLY ASKING YOU TO SEND WHAT YOU ALREADY SENT THEM- PROOF OF THE OVERCHARGE.
YOU CANNOT REACH THEM BY PHONE BECAUSE THEY ARE IN THE UAE. THEY NEVER, NEVER ANSWER- JUST SAYS TO EMAIL.
DO NOT PRDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT THROUGH AND THROUGH!!! CROOKS!

Not impressed by what l thought was a legit company.

I ordered special socks for my diabetes on 22OCT24 The tracking said they would arrive by Canada Post by 29OCT24. Now the tracking says by late 01NOV24.
Also this past Sunday 27OCT24 my bank contacted me saying they noticed what they thought was an unauthorized charge from them on my credit card that they didn't process. I called the bank and had to have my credit card cancelled. I emailed their customer service about the fraud. They gave me a ticket number and said they would contact me within 24 hrs. Still nothing heard. If l could rate negative stars l would. I expect to be treated the way l treat others. Being diabetic l have monthly preauthorized billing for diabetic medical prescriptions.
Now that all has had to be placed on hold until l receive a replacement credit card. This is NOT what l had expected.

This company is terrible

This company is terrible! I ordered socks from them. Got the socks but noticed that they changed the invoice from $39.35 to almost $60 adding a service fee that was more than the socks. I then looked at my credit card statement and they have charged me twice $64.30 and $55.98! I've tried resolving this but they are just full of excuses!

Ozerty stated they are a Canadian…

Ozerty stated they are a Canadian company and you will receive your items in 5 days, I order the no pain socks on Oct 14,2024 and the credit card showed from France, they never arrived and then the bank texted me Oct 20,2024 that they just put down a charge of 55.00 on my card and listed no limit
THIS IS A FRAWD COMPANY AND DO NOT USE THEM,REPORT THEM

I’m very disappointed with Ozerty

I’m very disappointed with Ozerty. I buyed cockroach killer which is $16 but they charged me two times, first time $52 and second time $58 which is not fair. I called customer service but no response from them and I lost my money due to this fraud website. I request people don’t trust this website you will loss money.

These guys are total FRAUDSTERS BEWARE…

These guys are total FRAUDSTERS BEWARE of the classic bait and switch. They charged my card double to agreed to amount without first disclosing. I recommend you dispute the credit card charges if this happens to you.
