Tricksters

This company has done everything to make it seem like they are a legitimate business but they are anything but. There is no Customer Service, just AI bots. You can't reach them by phone and the reply emails you receive from them are in nonsensical translated English. The website dishonestly says there is a 30 day return policy but what they don't tell you is that the return is at your own cost. I tried to cancel an order the day after I made it and they refused saying it had already been shipped which was a lie! Do not do business with these dishonest con artists.

Another UNHAPPY customer

When I placed my order and checked out, my order recap was $25.71 but my credit card was charged $50.66. After contacting the company, only by email, they do not accept phone calls, I was told the difference is an eco-charge because the order was under $30.00. At no point during that transaction did that charge show up until I received my credit card statement. The company had several attempts to make this right but chose not to, very unhappy and will never shop on the site or recommend Ozerty Canada to anyone.

Des voleurs

Des voleurs! J’ai commandé un bracelet pour AirTag et la facture de 14,95$ + taxes et livraison donnait 28,03$.
Sur ma carte de crédit ils ont 52,98$. Ils m’ont dit que ce sont des écofrais pour nous encourager à commander pour plus de 30$. J’ai demandé d’annuler ma transaction et ils n’ont pas tenu compte de ce courriel.

If I could give zero marks I would, a month later and requests to cancel my order, still nothing delivered and have completely ignored all requests. This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs. It should be reported and removed from the web, it's that bad

Rip off with 'Eco Charges'

I saw this product and I thought it would be good. The product was good but the charges left a sour taste. When I put the item in the cart and till after I processed I did not know they had an extra eco charge. If I had seen a huge extra eco charge I wouldn't have bought from this company. When I reached out to customer service they said it is mentioned but they do not mention that I had to pay $24 eco charge for a $16 product. This is a rip off. They use an under handed practice of giving you a partial refund if you leave a 5 star review.

I would not buy from this company again.

this is absolutely SCAM company

this is absolutely SCAM company ! Got tons of emails urging me to buy. Once you give the website your card infomation They charged $35 service fee which didn't shows on bill. Asked them immediately to cancel order. they said produces already on the way . Finally, they responded give you a return address in China and the shipping fee is $25 on me. totally scam !Do not recommend.

Totally fraud and scam

It should be zero star, not even one star. Totally fraud and scam. Cad$2-3 worth denture false teeth made in zhe jiang province china, sell for cad$14. At check out and place order time it’s free shipping with no limit. After checking out they charge me express delivery and eco fee for cad$38.62+tax3.32 dollars. After 5 to 10 minutes I ask for cancellation. The customer service just ignored my cancellation and it’s at dispatching process. After I asked cancellation second time they said it’s at the preparation of shipping process, but they still doesn’t want to stop shipping. If before and during place the order it showed that ridiculous express delivery and eco fee I would not place the order. They forced you to accept the order had been shipped. When I received the order and asked return and refund. They gave me a china zhe jiang province yi wu city’s address to return. I live in Canada ordered from Canada, they shipped the product from Ontario north York. And asked me to return it to china. How ridiculous it is. I need to pay the international delivery fee myself. They just want to give you a difficult time to scare you away to ripping you off. If I do what they ask for, would lose even more. This company is the worst company I ever met.

Hidden charges not appearing on invoice

I have an invoice showing a total $25 less than I was charged. When I pointed it out, I was told it was an eco charge, but didn't show up on the invoice. I sent them a screenshot of my invoice, but was told there was nothing that they could do. Feels like a scam, won't ever deal with this company again.

I received the back support brace and…

I received the back support brace and it did not fit. I normally take a L to XL so I ordered an L and received an XL. It only went half way around my waist. It seemed to be a small. It does not work like the video advertised. You can not return it because it is open. You need to open it to try it on. Terrible quality. I would not trust this company.

I received the Mulien bottle

I received the Mulien bottle, it cost a fortune with their over the moon extra charges. Simple they charge you $29.00 for the bottle and more to get it... I will never buy from them again.

Price was jacked up on service charges and to return you have to ship to china at a rate worth more than the product .

Fraud

Giving one star because you have to put something. Do not give this company your credit card info
I ordered a product in January. I did receive the product and it was as expected. It did take weeks longer than I expected to arrive.
Another charge showed up on my card today, months after the initial charge, but I didn't order anything. When I went back and looked at my records, I found an additional charge back in January that doesn't correlate to anything I bought. I had a feeling as soon as I placed the initial order that the site was off. I should have cancelled my card then.

Worst service EVER!!!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They add an arbitrary amount to your credit card which does not appear on your bill. You only find out about this when you get the receipt. They will not cancel the sale even if you contact them a minute later.

Disappointed by price, shipping,customer service.

-Price: item cost 17$, credit card charged for 43$. Customer service said the difference is for service ....or eco fees..
-Shipping: order passed on April 13th. We are on April 30th and I did not received the item.
- Quality product: difficult to say because I did dot received but I have no great expectation.
-One star is too much. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE.

I ordered a product costing $9.34, and when I saw my invoice, I was charged $40.24. $28 was charged as a service fee. I immediately called MC and cancelled my card. I'm done with ordering online unless I know the company and trust them.

It is a scam

It is a scam website. Products are inferior. Once they have your credit card number they will charge you about every 15 days for one order. Customer service is non-existent. Avoid!!!
