Scam artists

Scam artists. They added some made up eco charge out of the blue

Then they ask the same question and ask for the same information over and over to make you let go of the customer service complaint. Then they tell you its a made up eco charge

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. If it’s not a scam, it is certainly one of the worst business practices I’ve ever experienced.
A product advertised at $26 ended up costing me $92 after hidden “service fees” and “eco fees” were added without my authorization. When I tried to cancel immediately, the company refused. After waiting two weeks for delivery, I returned the product to the sender (since shipping it back to China, as they demanded, would have cost even more).
Despite their so-called “gesture of goodwill” promising me a partial refund of $13.25, I never received it. To make matters worse, they later offered me $8 in exchange for a fake 5-star review.
This company operates with deceptive charges, refuses proper cancellations, and does not honor refunds. In my opinion, they should not be allowed to continue in business.

long story short, Avoid this store whatsoever. All online review on their website is fake, if you want a return they ask you to pay the shipping to ship back to china and the shipping cost is 2X more than the good, also they promised for a partial refund which never happened, the customer service’s phone number is a fake one you will never get a live person, the email reply is lie after lie, you will never receive the refund. And the end they don’t reply your email, that’s the end of the story.

They have decptive billing practices

They have decptive billing practices. I almost ordered something but didnt actually checkout, but i still got charged, so i investigated the site and found out that they are using shopify accelerated checkout BUT they make the consent button hidden to users MEANING they are violating shopifys AUP by bypassing the consent for accelerated checkout. - MEANING you dont even have to finish the checkout process to be charged, you just need to start it and if shopify has your card saved anywhere, they can charge you just by adding an item to the cart -- deceptive billing practices indeed - i reported to shopify

Terrible dont buy

As others have stated the add hidden fees, wont let you cancel and get a refund and are straight up scammers.

Ne commandé rien sur ce site grosse…

Ne commandé rien sur ce site grosse arnaque. Un article un 25 dollars avec des frais de service a 28 dollars ??? Jai jamais confirmée ma commande apres avoir vu ça a la dernière étape une fois les coordonnées bancaire rentré. J'ai donc fermé la page du cite puis a ma grande surprise l'achat a était prélevé sur mon compte !

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS

If I could give zero stars, I would. My item was less than $30 so it said there would be an eco free, but didn't say how much it would be and did not show an accurate summary of the charges. They charged $30 extra and would not cancel the order and give me a refund. They are defrauding people and stealing money.

I ordered a product that cost…

I ordered a product that cost approximately $24. At the time of checkout. There was a comment about an eco-fee but no amount stated.

An additional $25 was charged to my credit card for this eco fee

I requested that the order be canceled and my money refunded. They delayed responding until such time as they could claim that the item had shipped.

In order to return it, I would have to pay a $25 shipping fee.

They are basically robbing people

Scammers

My order was $47. They charged me $103. Then I couldn't get in contact with anyone to dispute the issue. I couldn't get my order information, said page not available. And when tried to call, said all reps were busy. I had to cancel my card, and I'm totally unsatisfied. Scammers!!!!

Never heard of this company before but they had a mini camera and the price was ok, I thought.
I pick it in basket and by the next morning I had 7 emails as reminders and offering discounts with a code.
I completed the order but could not see where to enter the discount code. When I received the confirmation email, I emailed them saying that I didn't see where to add discount code. It was only 15 percent of 40$. It's not so much the money as the principal. They also charged me 19$ freight!!!!
I was informed it was too late, they would not provide a credit only a discount code for future orders.
Many emails later they still would offer a credit for the discount. I tried to cancel the order but was told it was already shipped. All within 40 minutes of placing the order. Then I was told I could return it once I received it....in 6 to 8 weeks.
I admit it is my fault, I did not enter the discount code but I did contact them right away. Company's like Amazon etc are more than happy issue a MC credit.
I should have looked the reviews first. Lesson learnt.
They are a scam, 100 percent.
The bad part is I found the same item on EBay for 40 percent of their pri.

Sent them am email asking why it took 4.5 months to respond. No response. Since the review was first written they charged my MC for something the called a "membership Fee".Mastercard removed the charge.

This company is nothing but a scam.

Run the other way...very fsst.

If I could give zero I would. I order 2 things on sale 12.99 each and chose shipping then got a new window saying extra charges. Ended up with $70. I sent an email 2 mins later to cancel and got reply saying out for delivery. Then just now a day later got an email saying my order was still in logistics so Mary the person I was talking to lied. This is worst company and a scam sucking you in with a sale price only to hike up the total with eco charges

If I could give this no stars I would

If I could give this no stars I would. Just to advise people this is NOT a Canadian site. It is from U.A.E. When you click the usual 'read all the conditions etc' DO NOT DO THIS. Hidden in that blether which no one ever reads including me is a contract with them that states you will pay them 55.29 for 'membership'. I have been in hospital for a terminal illness. I went to them in May when I was billed (twice for the same product) I managed to get one charged reversed. I explained my situation that I would NOT be needing to buy anything anymore in this lifetime and was promised a refund. I was first told their 'refund' software was broken. That lasted two months. Then I was told that the refund had been processed. Then I was told that I needed to give them the order number. I now have collected three 'ticket numbers' for 'priority service' You know I guess the only reason I am still alive is because I will get that refund no matter what.

Ozerty.ca is a scam

Ozerty.ca is an absolute scam! Do not purchase anything from them! I ordered a product with a stated grand total amount at the checkout page for $22.81, but when my order confirmation email arrived, a "Services" fee was added, bringing the total to $47.76. As other reviewers have stated, the precise amount of the fee is not disclosed when checking out, and even when the credit card is order is completed on the website, you still are led to think you're paying the original, lower price until you receive the order confirmation email. This is absolute dishonesty and fraud! I have fired off an email demanding the order be cancelled, and I will also surely report the transaction to my credit card company when the transaction posts.

Sleazy company

I ordered a product that came to approximately $20 and was charged an extra $30 for service charges. You don’t see the service charges until after they have you credit card information and have processed it. I tried to cancel my order but was told I could not. This company is very shady and I would tell everyone to go elsewhere to find a similar product.

Ozerty.ca is an absolute scam

Ozerty.ca is an absolute scam! Do no purchase anything from them! I ordered an item for $23.31, but was charged $48.26, which is $24.96 dollars extra in hidden charges. They do not want to refund my money and claim that these are some eco charges that were never listed on my receipt. This is absolute dishonestly and fraud! I ended up cancelling my credit card immediately because of this unauthorized use of my card!

The “eco” fee is not disclosed until…

The “eco” fee is not disclosed until after you authorize the purchase price with your credit card. This is a total scam. When I realized the payment total (which this eco fee was MORE than the total item price) I immediately contacted customer service to cancel the order and requested a refund for the total payment amount and was informed that this was not possible because the items were already out for shipment and was told to wait until the shipment was received and await instructions. I was then offered to either ship back product to China and or get 1/2 the amount in credit but only for the product and not the eco fee in addition. SUCH A SCAM

Scamming artists at Ozerty - beware !!!

Another UNHAPPY customer
When I placed my order and checked out, my order recap was $25.71 but my credit card was charged $50.66. After contacting the company, only by email, they do not accept phone calls. I was told the difference is an eco-charge because the order was under $30.00. At no point during that transaction did that charge show up until I received my credit card statement. The company had several attempts to make this right but chose not to, very unhappy and will never shop on the site or recommend Ozerty Canada to anyone.

It is not my post, but that of another unhappy customer. But it is exactly the same experience I had with Ozerty. I have actually mailed the product back to them because of those hidden charges. They received it, but did not return the money.
We exchanged about 30 emails before I realized that they are just making excuses and have no intention of refunding the money. Stealing seems to be their business model. With environmental excuses.
