Terrible! I ordered over a month ago only to be told via email after several attempts to make contact that my items weren’t in stock and then never heard back or and didn’t give a refund. I’ve emailed over 10 times. Save your money and elsewhere!

Potential Fraud.!! I purchased several items online, and after two weeks I have heard nothing from them.! I have sent several emails requesting an update or delivery details and nothing. I was able to find two phone numbers for them, and both are disconnected. If I have not had a reply to my latest email by end of day 13/03/2025 I will be referring the matter to the police.

Yoursmoke.com.au is just a scam! Ordered few packs of papers and never get any news about the shipping or about the product! Tried to contact them many times but no answers !

Never sent my order out after i paid. $180 wasted and will not reply to any emails or communication.

Ordered products from yoursmoke.com.au (alternate website). Promised discreet shipping and amazing customer service. Was sent in labelled box (menthol cigarette tubes), box was damaged, products missing and elec cigarette machine was faulty. Tried to contact company in every contact method advertised but have Been ignored. Dodgy at best!!

Order Arrived broken. Was obviously not packed well. Loose glass pieces inside the package smashed together. Company has thus far refused to respond to emails asking for a refund. Also, they charged $30 more for the item than anywhere else. I only purchased from Online Smoke because everywhere else was sold out at the time. If I had of known how dodgy they are, I would have just waited. Avoid this seller.

Product arrived broken and numerous attempts to contact via multiple means have not been responded too (i.e. try calling the phone number below - it is not connected). No answer to email and online customer service form does not submit. That said they did send a broken item so they clearly exist in some form (i.e. there is someone there actively not responding).

Ordered 10 days ago and all I've received is several serves of bullshit, which I didn't order. Avoid at all costs. It's an 'on seller' business. Do yourself a favour and order from a reputable company. I edited this review as I was eventually refunded 2 weeks later with no explanation.

They will froud site cheeting me currently not received the parcel & return payment just not answering the phone calls worest site for e commerce

Reasonable pricing & a good product which was delivered within a few days.
The only thing I didn’t like is that you can’t track your delivery unless you sign up as a member which I wasn’t interested in doing.
Would definitely use again

I DECLARE THIS BUSINESS UNTRUSTWORTHY MOVE ON DO NOT BUY HERE!! The reviews are enough you do not want the personal experience of ordering from this business that barely exists anymore they have NO customer service they will not reply to emails and they dont help with tracking numbers for your order regardless of signing up to the website or not BOYCOTT!!!

Item was faulty after 10 puffs it stopped working, threw it in the bin! Waste of money

Product fine and exactly as described but found the lack of communication disappointing and the delivery slow compared to other online shops.
