Oxcar steals your money no refund tells you what u want to hear its all a scam they told me that i would pay for services and start my services the following week then when it was time i was told to wait 30 days i was pist and the representatives were rude and very unprofessional i canceled asap and they refused to give back my funds 75 dollars every dollar counts in this world im going to go through hell and high water to get my money back loser ass company ripping ppl off!

OX Car Care is a scam and its ad should be removed from the radio. I have made two separate claims with OX Car Care and each time the claims have been denied and they will not speak with the repair shops. The repair shop followed the instruction in the letter on how to submit a claim via email and did not receive a response until almost a week after each incident.

I made several calls to their customer care number on two occasions out of three calls the representative was extremely rude and dismissive of my concerns.

I will be canceling my warranty with the company and reporting my experience with OX Car Care to the FBI, Congress, and the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau.

I will record and document my visits to the dealership in working my claim which is coming up soon. It will done for consumer protection purposes and posted all across social media. I will not be responsible for what happens after that. Hopefully it will go great and they can repair some bad experiences. But if it doesn't, they won't be around long. 🤔 the world will soon see. My claim was denied because you said it wasn't covered
I have the platinum plan and it say air conditioner is covered and my power steering is leaking fluid and that was denied also. I believe they are scammers and I'm contacting the bbb and district attorney.

Ox Car Care is refusing to honor their warranty. The warranty clearly states that it covers Air Conditioners, drive axels, and transmissions as well as clutch packs (aka a clutch). However, Ox Car Care has refused to cover repairs. The simple fix is just do what you say you will, or refund my policy. I'm now in the opening stages of litigation to rectify the issue.

I initially called Ox because I heard their ad on the radio. First, they try to get you to put a deposit down so they can set up your account. I told them I need to see the policy in writing before I pay for anything. They said you are under no obligation to keep the policy, but they need a credit card deposit. After I gave them my information. They said that they would send me the policy via snail mail. I said I need you to email me the policy. The agent on the phone said OK. After the call all I get is an email saying welcome to Ox, no policy. I respond to the email asking to see the policy with no response. After a couple of days I call back and let them know I was not emailed the policy. They said they would send it right out. I get an email with the exact same information and again no policy. I send an email back saying there is no policy attached. I get an auto response saying the email doesn’t exist. At that point I call back again and tell them to cancel my policy. I was on the phone with Michael K for 15 minutes because he was literally telling me how much I needed the policy and that he just sent me an email with the policy. I was actually yelling telling him just cancel my policy I don’t wan it and I don’t trust your company! Fifteen minutes and he finally says “okay, I will give you what you want” and he finally cancelled it. Don’t do business with this company!!!

This company uses deceptive practices to get customers. The Activations Representative assured me several times that my $49 deposit will be refunded if we decided to cancel within 30 days. The only reason we pay the deposit is because we could not view a sample of the policy without paying the $49 first two weeks later $210 was taken out of my bank account which was not supposed to happen until after.1 month to give us time to review the policy and make a decision. However, When I called for a refund I was told by several people that the deposit was nonrefundable but they did refund the $210. We were deceived into paying the deposit, thinking it was refundable. The rep lied to us and the notes in their system state that I canceled the policy because my wife was unaware of me getting the policy….SHE WAS ON THE PHONE WITH ME WHEN WE GOT THE POLICY AND SHE TALKED TO THE REP AS WELL. LIARSSSS!!!

This company constantly sends me their stupid information on a regular basis. I have never contacted them.

This company advertises on TV that brakes can cost up to $4,553

There is no way possible. The brakes for N.A.S.A’s Space Shuttle alone…don’t cost that much.

If any Auto Repair Facility is charging anywhere near $1,000 for a basic brake job then that means that a potential crime is being committed.

Customer Service is terrible. My repair shop sent three email claims and called several times to no avail. Nobody ever responded. My car was in the shop for three whole days waiting for a response. Terrible Company. Total SCAM

I had car care for about a year and a half, and when my vehicle broke down, I had a lot of problems getting my vehicle fixed unlike the ad states they past you from phone number to phone number they are completely a scam they never fix my vehicle.

Ox is nothing more than a referral service for Car Shield and another company. Having already gotten quotes that were too high (over $100. per month----I can take out a loan if repairs are needed and the loan will get paid off unlike the forever payments to these companies. The company called me within seconds of my on line inquiry. Not Ox, but another company.

Ox car care is a fraud. I have a friend who had the extended warranty service and paid for it. But when his check engine light came on (and I mean literally) he couldn't get what he paid for. Even when the KIA dealership tried calling for the approval no response from Ox (or what they should be called Ex). So whoever those people (they're paying) in those commercials need to stop lying.

I wish I read the reviews first. Pleasant on the phone, made me feel comfortable. I was assured I could take my Vehicle to the dealer ship without worrying about coming out of pocket but just the deductible. ALL LIES. Control arms and rear stuts came up to $3200 and they are only willing to pay $1100. I was told there was a 7k cap on claims, nothing I was told on the phone getting set up was true except for the deductible. STAY AWAY.

So I heard an ad on the radio about this company and i decided to sign up with the because they offer oil changed with their coverage. I should’ve read the reviews first! After reading the reviews I decided to cancel their were no good reviews about this company. While I was signing up they were extremely pleasant however, when I decided to cancel their attitudes were horrible, disrespectful and out right rude! I only signed up for no more than 1 hour than requested cancellation. I was told my money would not be refunded. I told her lies because I was told that I would receive a refund. She the proceed to tell me hold on the cow back and say I would receive a refund within 15-31 days which is a joke. I told them I would report it to my bank she proceeded to tell me it was fraud and would supply the phone conversation I told her supply the conversation of Jane Davis advising she would give me a refund as well! Please do not sign up with this company. I should have read the reviews first. Please do your research!!!!

After reading the documents, I cancelled the policy. They wouldn’t let me cancel. Unbelievable

Ox car stole r money!!! Back on 1/20/23. We called them for r car. They told us they would not take out any money until Feb. They took money out on 1/20/23. That made r bank acct. over drawn. We called them the next day and told them to drop r plan and refund r money. It took 10days to get r money back. Then they did it again on Feb.4th. I called them back on the 4th and chewed them out again. They told me r plan was canceled. Then on 3/4/23 they took out over 200 dollars. I called them today and chewed them out again. They refused to give r money back. So first thing tomorrow 3/7/23 I'm calling the F.B.I and filling a law suit against them. ( I hope they all go to jail for a very, very, very long time)!!!!!!!!

I am not nor have I ever been a customer. And based on their gorilla telemarketing tactics will I ever be.
I've blocked the multiple ph#s that call my number several times a day to no avail even as I've asked to be removed I still get the calls 3x/day. I'm going to look into the laws to see if I can file a class action suit for their ridiculous over inundated telemarketing tactics.

I bought this warranty 18 months ago , I used the free oil change 1 time for my ram ecodiesel truck it took the dealership 3 months to get thier money and then they billed me the other $120. I have tried to contact Ox several times to see if my window motor was covered. they didnt return calls and I have waited 2 hrs on the phone still nothing , I reported this to the Attourney generals office .Ox cancelled my contract which I owed 6 months on to recieve the rest of my 5 yr 75000 mile warranty .What a RIPOFF .

Do not use Ox Care Care it’s a scam I can’t even see why the BBB back them up do NOT USE THEM
