SHAM SCAM A NO GOOD COMPANY
I called and canceled this policy back in November. I asked them to send confirmation of cancellation and they said it is confirmed by the recorded line.
The representatives and manager have promised a refund for the 200 taken in December. I am still receiving bills after calling multiple times.
Luckily my account is closed.
You can keep the 250 you stole and stop sending me bills. January was supposed to be a free month per the manager.

Processing Fee
Bought the warranty in advance not knowing that their processing fee was non refundable. I called to let them know that vehicle was not bought and requested the fee back & they refused to issue me a credit of a lousy $49. To them this amount is nothing but to me this amount is everything. Don't do business with this Co. Also not easy to reach them. They have no qualms of taking your money but to leave a callback # and no call. They are very shady. It took me almost 2 weeks to speak to a live person. This occurred on the 18th of Jan.

I first reported car problems (rack/pinion and tie rod) on 12/21/2022. They (ox car care) finally inspected it 12/29/2022. Today is 1/2/2023 and no response from ox car care. Meanwhile they’ve deducted my monthly payment.
Ox car care is the worse after market car warranty company as far as customer service, and their claims process.
Toco and protect My Car provide better customer service and process claims in 48 hours or less.
I hate ox car care and recommend all my fellow veterans, military, reservists, coast guard, and all first responders do not buy an ox car care policy/plan or to cancel existing plan for one previously mentioned.
As a disabled veteran I have shouldn’t have to choose between driving my car in its poor condition to my va Dr appointment or rescheduling it. As a new patient in the are I’m fortunate to get an appointment so soon, otherwise I had to wait until march. I don’t have the money to pay for transportation/ambulance to dr appointment. My having had triple bypass heart surgery, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, kidney disorder, and several allergies makes my car vital to my maintaining my health. The delay in the repair of my vehicle due to the claims process of ox car care is endangering my health.
If I could have it my way they would pay for repairs, refund my monies, and I would go to a different warranty company.

Traveling to Ga from NYC my Benz’s became inoperative I call roadside assistance and was on hold for an hour before connecting to someone, after requesting tow service I was assured service no later than 2hrs which never materialized. I’ve continued to contact them but my vehicle still sits abandoned. I recommend no one purchase a contract because the company is a total scam/ hard to reach anyone on phone unless you hold for an hour regardless of time calling. I will be contacting my attorney asap to file a breech of contract against this company. OX CARE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS IN AMERICA.

I got Oxcarcare and after giving them all my info they took their money and when the next payment came due there was a mistake at the bank which caused the transaction not to go through. They then canceled my account, without any explanation or notification. They then refuse to give my money back, because they canceled me. I have had to deal with them on the repair shop side (I work at a repair shop). Let’s just say they are AWFUL to deal with. It took weeks for approval process, which never happened. They wouldn’t respond via email and I believe it’s because they don’t want a paper trial. This company targets elderly people and takes advantage of them. I was berated numerous times by a customer service rep for this company. Please stay far away from them!

They will quickly get you added as a policy holder and the moment you need to file a claim you get the run around. Calling claims gets you to a person just to put you into queue so the call handling will not be accepted as the high number that it actually is. You are then placed on a 10 min hold to be sent to a general Voicemail that no one ever answers back too. The operators who initially answer are rude and will transfer you without any concerns to your issues. As you are speaking they just transfer as though they dont care because there job doesn't depend on any common courtesy

So my car has been in the shop almost 3 weeks now. I spoke with the mechanic hegot in contact with them 1 time so I can make a claim. They told him that they would be sending an inspector out because I need a new engine. He has been waiting on on a inspector for over a week and has not been able to work on my car because they are not getting back to him or me for that matter. I keep calling trying to get in contact with someone from the claims department and I get no answer. When I contact someone from the customer service department they even say their going to walk over there or havea supervisor call me back it never happens so I waisted my time and money on this company who is not doing anything to help me. This company is a Fraudulent. I ordered the "diamond coverage" which had a glitch for every approved repair--none were covered. I even had my Jeep service manager call and they denied him after many calls to OX. Additionally, their ads say "immediate coverage." Lie #2. You have to wait 1,000 miles and 30 days before anything is covered. So, I have been trying to cancel this so-called insurnace. I made 6 phone calls! Sent one letter including page 5 which is "required" (which they said they did not receive). Then I sent it certified mail so they could not deny they received it. They are still will not give me a refund?? Buyer beware. Do not engage this company! I think those other on tehhir wensite reviews are false...notice very few low reviews? I am having a hard time posting this one on their website--super sketchy!

I had my wife drive the truck down here so I could get it towed out & as soon as I drove the truck into the water it also damn sank!! They never once told me I couldn't take my vehicles to the lake! I was considering purchasing a Ox care plan for my daughter since she's going off to college. She has a 2014 BMW 335i and are notorious for maintenance issues after 60k miles. After reading the reviews on here I'm deeply concerned and have extreme reservations. For a professional company to call their customers "liars" and "fraudsters" on a review board is highly concerning. After reading these reviews I do not think I will be purchasing a plan through them!

Oxcare Claims Department
Oxcare covers two oil changes and tire rotation per year. After my first oil change, I mailed in the shop receipt and never got a response. I called and they said they never received the mail and to Email it in the future, which I did and finally got my refund. Seven months later, I got another oil change and tire rotation. I did what claims told me to do and emailed in the shop receipt. Again, I never got a response. I called again and they claimed I will not get a refund because I should have paid the shop directly and have the shop call them. This is NOT what they told me to do the last time. Their claims dept is terrible. They do not communicate with their customers at all.
They should have HONORED this claim because of THEIR MISTAKE.

If I could write a negative zero for a review that would be it but you know they don't allow that first off I would never ever ever ever use this company again they're the biggest scam artist I've ever had in my life I open my policy over 8 months ago and have been charged 15 times in 8 months for my policy they have three different companies that take money out of your account one is ox car Care two is paylink and three is warranty preplan I have three different companies taking money out of my account per month always a different charge than what I was told I was told $99.99 for my charge and every month it was 109 180 119 it was never the charge that they told me it was going to be except for the first time along with a $249 I guess hook up fee to start so add all that up I'll probably pay them over three grand and four grand and 8 months and then guess what the first time my car breaks down it was a $109 part and they denied my claim trying to charge me for the towing and wouldn't even pay for the diagnostics at the Ford place when they told me to get it fixed and they would take care of the bill they told me to tow it to Ford and they called Ford Ford called them and they gave forward permission to run all the diagnostics for runs the diagnostics then calls them with what's wrong and they deny the claim for a $109 part when I have the Platinum coverage which is the best coverage you can have I paid for the best coverage you can get and they denied a $109 part after they've done took so much money out of my account and they are the rudest people I've ever talked to they'll hang up on you they and still are trying to take money out of my account can you believe it they denied my claim and think they're going to get more money from me I canceled my account the day you deny my claim and you will never get another Penny from me so keep trying all you want you'll never get no more money and I don't give a damn about your contract please trying to do something about it cuz I'm trying to sue you now sorry company I hope you get shut down you false advertise every time I see you on TV it pisses me off I don't even understand how it's legal to do this that y'all do ripping everybody off like y'all do I bet you ain't never even probably accepted one claim because if you'll turn down at $109 part how the hell you going to put a motor or a transmission in somebody's car man give me a break you're so full of it I hope you go to hell
