I have given a 5 star review to your Company but especially to Jasmine who answered my phone call, sort-out the issue I was having, all in a friendly manner, remaining professional and knowledgable at the same time.
This is what I mean by Good Old Aussie Customer Service.

Ordered a solar panel was told it was a very busy time of year and to allow an extra couple of days, after two weeks of hearing nothing I messed and asked what was happening only to get a”it’s here we just haven’t put it through the warehouse it’ll only be another day or two” another week later nothing still so I emailed again as a trip was coming up that I needed it for, got in touch with talei who was brilliant to deal with, chased up what was going on and kept in contact and thankfully got the product to me in time, so thanks talei and everyone else that helped all ended well after a bit of a delay at the start cheers

Wanted to buy a underbody water tank for my transit, had a look on the outback equipment site found what I needed but being a dinosaur i jumped on the phone,was answered by Courtney who was able to sort out my queries, re freight etc to WA, my order is the way. Wonderful experience, don't normally buy online but thanks to Courtney I look forward to doing business with Outback Equipment in the future WELL DONE 5 🌟+

After several attempts at phoning, only to be told it was their really busy time by a recorded message so I hung up.
Logging into their system told me the item was dispatched but no tracking details even after 23 days since paying for the item.
Then I received an Email add for their special sale, so I used that to send a return Email and got a reply within hours that my item was on it's way, so well done for that Talei. Bit disappointed that all my other attempts to make contact were unsuccessful but if products arrives and is worth the $723.82 I spent on purchase and delivery I will be very happy.

My order was processed quickly by Outback Equipment even though I placed my online order between Christmas New Year. When I phoned about delivery they were very quick to respond to my enquiry and follow up as to when the delivery was happening. My solar panels arrived today so I have not had time to unpack them yet. Would recommend

We purchased some caravan gear from Outback Equipment in November 2023. Great prices and fast delivery. We have just been dealing with a warranty claim, which was made super easy by friendly and helpful staff Talei and Joel. Highly recommend this Aussie business if you're looking for a great range of outdoor equipment with awesome service!

I had a warranty claim for one of my NARVA driving lights, that had stopped working. Joel followed up my claim and was instrumental in arranging for the replacement before the Christmas break. Not only did he arrange for the replacement, but because NARVA have upgraded that models design, he talked NAVA into replacing two new lights so that they matched. The customer service from Talei was brilliant. Went out of her way to get my parcel to me in time for christmas.

Firstly when ordered the item it was shipped very quickly. Due to an issue with manufacturer we have had to navigate a return of a part but JOEL has been INCREDIBLE. He was prompt in negotiating with manufacturer, looked at every possible solution to support our needs and then made it happen. Joel deserves a customer service medal!

Outback Equipment has exceeded expectations so far. I’ve now had two orders delivered to Adelaide and the service has been impressive. Price and postage times were both great. There was a manufacturing fault with my AFK bag and Joel was a legend when it came out after sales support. He quickly fixed the issue with same day postage of a replacement item, no questions asked. The quality of communication and service from Joel and the team means that I’ll be a repeat customer. Great stuff!

I ordered product from Outback Adventure Supplies on the 11th December. No indication on the product's page that is was not in stock. So of course it did not arrive from China in time for Christmas. Outback Equipment need to be clear in terms of delivery timeframes as this product was not in stock in Australia.
I hope Outback Adventure Supplies pay for the return postage given I no longer need the product, whenever it turns up, as I had to purchase elsewhere.

Outback Equipment is a great place to do business. They've got a good range at competitive prices, and are big on customer satisfaction. When I recently had a problem with an order, Summer was particularly quick to sort it out and was very helpful. I would certainly recommend this business.
