Ça fait deux fois que je commande chez eux et deux fois que la livraison est totalement hors délai. Ça fait plus d’un mois que j’attends mon produit et malheureusement ça n’a pas favorisé de continuer mon allaitement dans de bonnes conditions. Je suis déçue ….

Ma commande est introuvable malgré le numéro de commande et la preuve mail.
Personne ne me donne de solution (remboursement ou envoi d'un nouveau produit) à part un mail IA qui me dit que la responsable Emma va prendre contact avec moi mais j'attends.
Au vu des autres commentaires, cela sent l'arnaque...

Suite à l’annonce de mon accouchement par césarienne programmée, j’ai dû revoir ma valise maternité. Pour m’aider à passer le cap, j’ai choisi les culottes post partum apaisantes et le coussinet chaud froid. Malgré un délai de livraison un peu plus important que prévu, j’ai pu facilement joindre les équipes Mammabump qui m’ont tenu au courant de la situation et m’ont apporté de la visibilité sur ma commande. Finalement j’ai reçu mes articles à temps pour le jour J et je me sens plus sereine à l’approche de mon accouchement.

Delivery says 3-5 days, took nearly two weeks. Comes from China

Initial delivery of my order was slow, but good customer service response to sizing issue with briefs. The quality of the briefs looks good with nice thick material, looks like they will offer good support when I need them.

Items arrived very very late, and when I contacted them (multiple times) to arrange a return, which is how you have to do it, they havent replied.

Ordered postpartum belly band for my wife , It’s comfortable, supportive without being too tight, and genuinely helps with core stability after delivery.
Easy to wear under clothes and gives a nice, secure feeling throughout the day. Great value for recovery.

I bought a pair of silver nursing cups and the postpartum soothing briefs from
mammabump. The nursing cups are amazing and of really high quality. The briefs I ordered ended up being too perfect for my third trimester and I realised I needed to size down for postpartum. The customer service was amazing with regards to exchange process as a resolution was promptly reached. I am also ordering the belly band and some nursing bras from
mammabump in my next order.

The product is really good and firm. The packaging and delivery is really beautiful. The only issue I have is that I didn’t get an enough support on the product because of the wrong size I purchased.

However, customer service has reached out to me to get the right size.
In all, it’s a good product and I will highly recommend it.

Commande passée par ma conjointe, censée être reçue 3 à 5 jours plus tard.
Nous sommes 1 mois et demi après la commande et plus aucune nouvelle par mail, aucune réponse du support client et bien sûr aucun produit reçu.

My partner ordered a pump because of its speedy 3-5 day delivery. After 9 days we tried to cancel the order after some emails with customer service. Two days after we tried to cancel we got at dispatch email. By this time we had already purchased another one as it was needed asap!

The mammabump pump turned up one month after the purchase date, for us to be told it cannot be returned due to hygiene. Even though the boxes are unopened and we tried to cancel the order before it was dispatched as they didn’t fulfil their 3-5 days delivery delivery, it wasn’t even dispatched in that time. It took 9 days for that to happen. Customer service has now stopped responding to our email. Poor service all round. At a time when new family’s need money, we are now 125 pounds out of pocket.

Fast delivery and really nice packaging. Only mentioning it cos usually postpartum stuff takes forever to turn up when u need it now ww w. Ordered the belly band and breast pads and both arrived quick.

J’ai commandé une culotte post partum qui j’ai bien reçue. Taille un peu petit mais je vais recevoir la taille du dessus pour être plus à l’aise.
Emballage soigné, délais de livraison respectés, produit de qualité.

Silver nursing cups saved me in the first week not even joking. I was sceptical cause they looked too simple?? but wow. Wish someone told me sooner. Simple but sooo helpful.

Amazing customer service when I ordered the wrong size (my own fault reading the size guide and going off my pre pregnancy weight ) they sorted out the correct size promptly. Great quality material. Great support!

I had a generally positive experience, although there were a few areas that could be improved.

My order arrived later than the delivery timeframe stated on the website, and while customer service was very friendly, there were some delays in getting responses when I needed help with sizing.

The product itself seems nice, but the size guide didn’t work for me - I was recommended a size S, which turned out to be too small.

I also found the “free exchange” policy a bit misleading. As an international customer, I was asked to return the item to Australia and only reimbursed a small portion of the shipping cost, which would have made the exchange quite expensive.

I was offered a replacement without needing to return the item, which I appreciated, although this was in exchange for leaving a Trustpilot review.

Overall, not a bad experience, but a few things could be clearer and smoother.

There was some initial confusion, but the customer care team was incredibly kind and helpful. Once I got in touch with them, they handled my exchange quickly and made the process very smooth.

Really appreciate the support and how this was resolved.

It has been so nice to work with this company. I had a c-section in March and the belly band has been exactly what I need to help in the healing process. I ordered the wrong size originally and reached out to the company. They got back to me right away and helped me to get the correct size. I am very impressed with them.

I love the band just needed a bigger size :)

Bought the Luna pump. Took 3 weeks to be delivered FROM CHINA even though it says within a week on their website! I wanted to return it, and emailed them before it got delivered so I had time stamps on file. They said no because of their refund policy. Which is hidden on a separate page!! They “offered” a 30 percent refund instead. AND then proceeds to refund me 20 percent that hasn’t come in yet.
