The staff at Our Boat House is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! I have been working with Beca and it has been a wonderful experience!They’re friendly and produce design boards and suggestions in a timely manner!They have some beautiful and unique coastal pieces as well as access to thousands beyond what’s in their show room.

No price tags
Well, I inquired about price of a few items that had no tags..... and as helpful as the young new employee was.... by the time I went to purchase my items and check out..... the shop manager had joined to Train the new girl..... he wasn’t helpful, didn’t ask for my polite patience while he trained the young woman....... and I continued to wait .... my bill was about $100 more that I expected. Had I been given the price I probably wouldn’t have purchased the smaller bowls with the large one. But I had exceeded my time limit.

Our Boat House chair-and-a-half
Stacey of Our Boat House was so helpful. She patiently helped me with dimensions, fabric choices, and myriad questions. In the end, the chair was perfect and the delivery service was fantastic. Thank you!
The process from beginning to end took a few months, but I wasn't in a hurry and it was during COVID after all. Our Boat House was always willing to check with the manufacturer and give me updates. Communication, combined with a truly quality product, made for a great experience overall.

Best store for coastal design
This is a fabulous store with beautiful things if you are looking for a coastal look. Also all of the people working there are helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend stopping by because it is a lovely place to shop for upscale design with a beach theme.

Great things but never have seen them
I love Boat House items but I have yet to received my bed that I ordered in July it’s now January still no bed and I have emailed twice with no reply.
